We are a consulting company that develops and manages Human Resources projects in a highly customized way. Our goal is to find the best solutions for the growth of our clients while sharing their business strategies. We operate in the fields of research and selection of personnel, HR consultancy, and development, as well as women’s empowerment and development projects.
Established in 1975 in Turin out of an intuition of Attilio Altomonte, within a few years we have become a comprehensive and consolidated managerial firm.
Since 2005, our business has expanded abroad with the opening of branches in the countries of greatest interest to our customers, namely, China, Poland, Latin America, and the United States.
The milestones of our recent history:
2005 - we are the first Italian Headhunting company operating in the People's Republic of China
2007 - we open a new branch in Poland
2009 - we expand to Brazil
2015 - we open a branch in Mexico
2017 - we open our first office in the United States, thus becoming a trusted global partner in one of the most dynamic and competitive markets in the world
2018 - the consulting division is created to provide HR consultancy to our customers in the enhancement and growth of internal resources with a particular focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion
