La risorsa, riportando direttamente alla Direzione Industriale, avrà il compito di garantire il corretto lancio dei nuovi prodotti nei tempi previsti, secondo gli standard qualitativi e quantitativi dell’azienda. Il ruolo prevede un’interazione costante tra la sede centrale e le strutture produttive, con responsabilità nella gestione e coordinamento dei principali progetti strategici aziendali, come la definizione del budget, la roadmap annuale e le iniziative di trasformazione industriale. La figura contribuirà attivamente all’attuazione della strategia aziendale, coordinando attività e progetti trasversali. Principali responsabilità Sviluppare e gestire il piano retroattivo stagionale per ogni collezione, assicurando una corretta pianificazione delle fasi di industrializzazione, pre-produzione e lancio. Coordinare le riunioni settimanali di avanzamento con tutte le funzioni coinvolte, sia in sede che nei siti produttivi, per garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche e dei volumi. Supervisionare la pianificazione e il monitoraggio dei progetti strategici aziendali, compresi piano triennale, roadmap annuale, budget e progetti di trasformazione. Garantire la corretta esecuzione delle fasi principali dei progetti, nel rispetto delle scadenze. Organizzare e gestire le riunioni periodiche di avanzamento. Redigere e comunicare report di avanzamento progetti alla Direzione Industriale e al top management. Assicurare coerenza e qualità nelle presentazioni aziendali collegate alle iniziative in corso. Requisiti Esperienza di almeno 5-6 anni in ambito operations all’interno di contesti industriali strutturati. Costituisce titolo preferenziale la provenienza dal settore moda o lusso. Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria, Economia o titolo equivalente. Capacità di gestire progetti complessi e attività simultanee in ambienti dinamici. Precisione, organizzazione, proattività e flessibilità operativa. Spiccate doti analitiche e attitudine al problem solving. Predisposizione al lavoro in team e ottime capacità comunicative. Ottima padronanza di SAP e del pacchetto MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Conoscenza fluente dell’inglese.

Key Responsibilities: Manage tax matters at both domestic and international levels, including VAT and customs duties. Oversee tax benefits (e.g., Patent Box, R&D credits) and handle tax reimbursement processes. Provide support to the Group companies during tax audits, assessments, and related matters. Deliver comprehensive tax services in compliance with local and international regulations, ensuring timely submissions. Participate in the preparation and review of tax returns and related compliance documentation. Play a key role in budgeting and reporting processes for Group companies. Identify, develop, and implement tax-saving opportunities in both direct and indirect taxation areas. Assist in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation and support intercompany pricing adjustments. Key Requirements: Educational Background: Law degree or Accounting qualification. A Master's degree in Tax Law is a plus. Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience in tax advisory or corporate tax roles, ideally within an international environment. Skills: Strong proficiency in tax software, Excel, and Word. Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous approach to handling complex tax matters. Ownership and accountability in managing tasks and delivering results. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization. Languages: Fluent in English. French knowledge is an advantage.

Main responsibilities: Define and negotiate prices with the suppliers indicated and/or in cooperation with Engineering Dept. of the different product categories Research of new potential suppliers  Liaise with suppliers and production departments to ensure that orders advance in a timely manner and manage reports’ updates Liaise with internal departments of the different product categories (Planning, Production, Product development and Engineering) on a daily basis and update orders accordingly In charge of a detailed follow up of the purchasing orders, relation of deliveries KPIs and reporting.   As an IT supporter your daily responsibilities will be to swiftly and in a structured manner handle inquiries from your local coworkers at the Milan offices, and once a week you will have the opportunity to visit the production site . You will solve problems ranging from CAPS LOCK during login to more complex issues related to mobile phones, PCs or tablets used by the business. But you will also train your colleagues on how to use their tools in the most efficient way to solve their daily tasks. You will be fully supported and trained by your international colleagues from either headquarters in Denmark, or from IT colleagues all around Europe. You will join the IT Service Delivery department , where you will also have possibility for personal growth and technical sparring. The IT platform is based on Microsoft 365 and we expect you to have a high level of experience with troubleshooting the applications within this portfolio, such as Outlook, Teams and OneNote. The production platform is SAP based, so some experience with the SAP products is a plus, but not a requirement, as it is fully supported from HQ. Some experience with Cisco networks and Windows Server is required.
