Per azienda, parte di gruppo multinazionale, operante nella produzione di iniettori, pompanti e valvole con applicazioni nel settore navale, ferroviario e per le centrali elettriche stiamo ricercando un/una:   MANUFACTURING QUALITY MANAGER La risorsa sarà responsabile dell’ente Qualità dello stabilimento: essa dovrà garantire la conformità del prodotto secondo i requisiti del cliente e promuovere progetti di implementazione finalizzati a blindare il processo evitando qualsiasi rischio sul mercato.   PRINCIPALI COMPITI E RESPONSABILITA’  Disegna, valida e standardizza una roadmap di azioni di miglioramento al fine di garantire l’evoluzione e l’ottimizzazione dei processi di controllo qualità. Introduce nuovi KPI per misurare e monitorare l’efficacia dei progetti, l’andamento dei reclami e dello scarto interno. Garantisce la condivisione e l’aggiornamento continuo dei KPI individuati tramite una presenza diretta nell’area produttiva. Si fa promotore per diffondere la cultura della qualità (concetti, approccio, prevenzione e best practices).   Valuta cambiamenti e miglioramenti del processo al fine di eliminare i difetti del prodotto finito. COMPETENZE Il candidato ideale dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti:  Laurea in Ingegneria, preferibilmente industriale, gestionale o meccanica. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.  Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruolo simile. Preferibile provenienza dal settore Automotive. Capacità di analisi e propensione verso i big data.  Conoscenza delle principali metodologie di Failure Analysis, Problem Solving e Continuous Improvement (6 sigma, PDCA,, ecc..). Esperienza nella gestione e introduzione di procedure aziendali. Certificazione Green Belt è considerato un plus. SEDE DI LAVORO: Provincia di Brescia  

Per un’importante realtà nostra cliente ricerchiamo un/a:   RESPONSABILE AMMINISTRATIVO CONTABILE Riportando direttamente al CEO, seguirà tutto il processo contabile e amministrativo fino alla chiusura del bilancio consolidato. Principali aree di responsabilità: Contabilizzazione ciclo attivo e ciclo passivo attraverso il gestionale dedicato; Controllo del ciclo di contabilità generale e scritture di assestamento per la corretta elaborazione dei bilanci annuali e semestrali; Dichiarazioni fiscali nel rispetto delle scadenze: liquidazione IVA e predisposizione e pagamento modello F24; Emissione dei pagamenti e analisi del cashflow settimanale; Utilizzo del nuovo gestionale (Zucchetti) con relativa analisi mensile di costi/ricavi; Avviare eventuali implementazioni volte a migliorare l’efficienza contabile, amministrativa e di reporting; Gestione dei rapporti con i consulenti esterni per quanto riguarda gli adempimenti di natura fiscale; Gestione delle commesse infrannuali e pluriennali; Supervisione circa la gestione degli acquisti; Supporto alla Direzione per quanto riguarda la gestione del personale. Principali prerequisiti: Laurea, preferibilmente conseguita in discipline economiche; Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni; Conoscenza del pacchetto Office, dell’applicativo Excel e preferibilmente del gestionale Zucchetti; Conoscenza delle dinamiche relative all’import – export; Capacità analitiche, precisione, organizzazione e proattività; Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese. For a Multinational Company we are looking for a:  GROUP INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER Mission: Standardization, development and management of the industrial accounting processes, cost controlling methodologies, industrial Report and KPIs. Lead the Operating Cost analysis and the industrial controlling activities of the divisional industrial controllers (hoses & fitting) and of the local plant controllers. Manage the monthly closing and the Bdgt and 3YP processes. Work in team with the MD (Manufacturing Division) Management in the development of the main manufacturing projects; preparation of the industrial & financial analysis related to these. Be proactive in defining efficiency plans with the aim to increase the profitability and the competitiveness of the MD. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the production teams to increase productivity and cost controlling within the manufacturing operations. Ensuring the implementation and standardization of the most modern industrial cost controlling methodologies and procedures; guarantee the highest possible quality of the industrial and KPIs reporting. Manage the Product Costing processes (STD cost; ACTUAL costs; variance analysis). Ensure the respect of due date for monthly closing. Capex analysis ensuring good control on cash out for tangible and intangible assets with strong control on appropriation request approval flow. Stock analysis and obsolescence risk control. Lead the Budgeting and Forecasting activities in full compliance with the instruction defined at Corporate level. Experiences: Industrial accounting background in multinational industrial organization. Deep knowledge of the production processes in complex industrial environments. Deep experience in product costing, stock evaluation, operating cost analysis, variance analysis, project management, etc. Good financial and economics skill. Position: The candidate will report to the Procurement & Supply Chain Director and actively participate in defining the Supply Chain group's strategy, ensuring constant support to all the company's functions.
