La risorsa sarà responsabile della pianificazione, coordinamento ed esecuzione dei progetti, assicurando il rispetto di tempi, budget e standard qualitativi. Responsabilità principali Gestire l’intero ciclo di vita dei progetti digitali, dall’analisi dei requisiti al rilascio. Coordinare team di sviluppo e collaborare con designer, marketer e stakeholder di progetto. Definire e monitorare obiettivi, attività, milestone e risorse. Garantire la qualità e la conformità tecnica delle soluzioni implementate. Facilitare la comunicazione tra aree tecniche e di business. Applicare metodologie Agile/Scrum e strumenti di project management. Identificare rischi e predisporre azioni correttive. Redigere report di avanzamento e presentazioni per il management. Requisiti Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in project management in ambito IT, preferibilmente in agenzie web o software house. Conoscenza delle metodologie Agile/Scrum e degli strumenti di gestione (Jira, Asana, Trello). Capacità di leadership, organizzazione e gestione delle priorità. Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali. Conoscenze di base delle principali tecnologie web (PHP, CSS, JS, framework frontend e backend come Vue.js, Laravel, WordPress). Gradita conoscenza di piattaforme cloud (AWS, Google Cloud). Proven experience in designing and developing manufacturing processes and systems. Hands-on experience with fabrication and CNC processes. Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to train and mentor team members. Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
