Il nostro Cliente, leader nel settore delle soluzioni per tubazioni industriali, è alla ricerca di un Industrial Design Engineer da inserire nel team Engineering & Innovation. La risorsa sarà responsabile dello sviluppo tecnico della gamma di tubazioni industriali, coordinando progetti di Ricerca & Sviluppo, attività di progettazione, test e benchmarking.
Responsabilità principali
Coordinare progetti R&D relativi allo sviluppo di tubazioni industriali.
Progettare la struttura del tubo e svolgere le relative analisi e i calcoli tecnici.
Gestire test e verifiche sui prototipi e condurre attività di benchmarking sui prodotti concorrenti.
Collaborare con il Materials Manager e con il Technology Manager per la definizione dei processi produttivi.
Supportare Sales, Marketing e Technical Team nella definizione dei nuovi prodotti.
Ampliare il know-how interno sulle applicazioni e sulle performance delle tubazioni in campo.
Monitorare gli sviluppi del mercato e dei concorrenti.
Requisiti
Esperienza consolidata in R&D o Industrial Engineering nel settore delle tubazioni industriali.
Ottima conoscenza dei materiali elastomerici e delle strutture rinforzate con fili d’acciaio.
Familiarità con i processi produttivi delle tubazioni industriali e con le applicazioni su campo.
Laurea tecnica (preferibilmente Ingegneria).
Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di lavoro in team.
Competenze avanzate di project management e capacità di lavorare su più attività in parallelo.
Approccio pratico e forte etica professionale.
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
