Per prestigioso Cliente, multinazionale del settore automotive ed industriale, stiamo ricercando un/una: Technical Operations and Project Manager - PMO La risorsa è responsabile della pianificazione, del coordinamento e dell'esecuzione di tutte le componenti tecniche di un progetto. Sarà inoltre il punto di riferimento per il cliente e per il team. PRINCIPALI COMPITI E RESPONSABILITÀ Technical Operations: Gestione dell’intero ciclo di vita dei progetti legati alla introduzione nel mercato di nuovi prodotti od a innovazioni di processo (pianificazione, budgeting e rendicontazione) nel rispetto delle tempistiche; pianificazione delle attività nel breve/medio/lungo termine; controllo del rispetto delle procedure di qualità (rispetto degli standard di qualità di prodotto e di processo) e dei relativi workflow; gestione delle attività dell’ufficio tecnico, coordinando un team di circa 15 risorse; gestione del rapporto con il cliente Incontro dei clienti e raccolta dei requisiti nella attività di supporto alla vendita (pre-sales). Project Manager: Sulla base di specifici progetti indentificati, la risorsa dovrà: condurre riunioni regolari con il team; monitorare ed analizzare i KPI di progetto attraverso la gestione dell’evoluzione dei progetti nelle diverse fasi/task anche afferenti a funzioni diverse, quali R&D e Operations, per l’ottenimento dell’obiettivo finale stabilito dal progetto; miglioramento dei processi interni e promozione dell’innovazione tecnologica e di processo, identificando e risolvendo eventuali inefficienze. COMPETENZE Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico, triennale o magistrale (preferibilmente in ingegneria elettrica); Specializzazioni nel Project Management (plus); Inglese fluente. La risorsa si occuperà della progettazione e dello sviluppo del layout della sala macchine, degli impianti di propulsione e dell’impiantistica ausiliare correlata. Principali Responsabilità: Identificazione e scelta di soluzioni tecniche idonee a soddisfare i requisiti richiesti in fase di definizione e sviluppo del nuovo prodotto; Sviluppo della progettazione di sistemi propulsivi navali e dell’impiantistica di bordo in conformità ai requisiti dimensionali, prestazionali e normativi vigenti, nel rispetto delle tempistiche programmate; Definizione dei requisiti tecnici richiesti per parti del prodotto e componenti; Gestione Distinta Base di ogni nuovo prodotto con dettagli e specifiche; Resident Engineer per il sito produttivo designato; Supporto al Project Engineer durante la realizzazione e la messa in servizio dei prototipi recependo eventuali problematiche realizzative; Supporto all’Area Industriale, all’ente Qualità ed alla funzione After Sales nel mantenimento e nel miglioramento delle commesse; Supervisione dei fornitori; Sviluppo del know-how specifico di competenza della piattaforma, con svolgimento di ricerca di base e apporto di innovazione. Per un nostro importante Cliente, leader nella componentistica destinata al settore Automotive ricerchiamo: TEMPORARY PLANT DIRECTOR La posizione prevede la completa responsabilità del P&L del plant e di tutte le problematiche che riguardano l’area delle Operations e la guida delle risorse interne per favorire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di produzione e di business. Principali attività: • Gestione della produzione, in conformità con le esigenze qualitative dei clienti e nel rispetto delle tempistiche assegnate • Promozione del lavoro di gruppo e creazione di una cultura di miglioramento continuo e responsabilizzazione delle risorse • Gestione del P&L dello stabilimento • Responsabilità della pianificazione della produzione secondo il budget definito • Sviluppo delle competenze professionali del team di lavoro e monitoraggio delle prestazioni per garantire che gli obiettivi di stabilimento ed individuali siano raggiunti entro tempistiche e budget prestabiliti • Mantenimento di un luogo di lavoro sicuro e conforme alla legge ed a tutte le politiche e procedure aziendali • Gestione e coordinamento quotidiano di tutte le operazioni dell'impianto, inclusa la produzione, la qualità, la manutenzione e la pianificazione della produzione. • Implementazione del miglioramento continuo (World Class Manufacturing) e sviluppo di modalità di lavoro e processi per aumentare la produttività, garantire qualità e sicurezza e mitigare i problemi di produzione • Interfaccia con i principali clienti Caratteristiche personali e competenze tecniche: • Esperienza consolidata di almeno 15/20 anni, nella gestione di siti produttivi, necessariamente maturata presso gruppi industriali appartenenti al settore automobilistico .
