For a multinational company in the fashion sector, we are looking for a Head of Global Commercial & Sales Controlling, reporting to the Group Administration, Control & Indirect Procurement Director and partnering Commercial function, leading all commercial controlling aspects, for all the markets where the Company operates, and for all the sales channels (Direct Retail, Franchising, Wholesale, Ecommerce, Licensing). Key Responsibilities and Activities: • Help to develop and implement the local e-commerce strategy to grow sales and consumer loyalty to achieve targets. • Set-up trusting and solid relationships with existing and prospect e-tailers, creating high value partnership to maximize business, brand perception and customer satisfaction. • Develop e-tailers daily business to achieve expected targets leveraging on commercial activities and digital marketing. • Collaborate with other local Sales functions (eg. All’interno del dipartimento Planning & Group Control siamo alla ricerca di un Senior Business Unit Controller. La posizione garantisce la presenza all’interno all’interno della Business Unit, fungendo da Business Partner al Direttore del Business. Oltre all’analisi e presentazione dei dati actual e previsionali ed al coordinamento dei processi di pianificazione e controllo, è richiesto un approccio proattivo, teso a stimolare soluzioni che migliorino la gestione delle diverse aree aziendali ed a prevenire rischi / trend negativi delle performances rispetto ai piani. Il BU controller sarà il riferimento di tutte le prime linee della BU per la presa di decisioni “data driven” e coordinerà i controller/finance manager delle filiali estere per i processi di Budgeting a Forecasting.
