Il Responsabile di Stabilimento, riportando direttamente al Group General Manager, gestisce l'intero processo industriale e la supply chain. Garantisce il rispetto delle normative e degli standard di qualità, organizza l'approvvigionamento di materiali e semilavorati. Collabora nella definizione di strategie per l'ottimizzazione dei costi e l'eccellenza operativa e partecipa attivamente allo sviluppo tecnologico dei nuovi prodotti. Principali responsabilità: Gestione del processo produttivo: supervisione della produzione, coordinamento del team, miglioramento continuo dei processi. Approvvigionamento e logistica: pianificazione e gestione delle scorte, supervisione del ciclo dell’ordine e delle spedizioni. Pianificazione strategica: sviluppo di piani strategici in collaborazione con il Group General Manager, coordinamento di team e gestione delle attività industriali. Qualità e sicurezza: assicurare la conformità alle normative di sicurezza alimentare e ambientale, mantenimento di autorizzazioni e certificazioni. Gestione finanziaria: definizione e monitoraggio del budget, gestione dei costi industriali, analisi e reportistica. Manutenzione e controllo qualità: supervisione dei programmi di manutenzione e gestione delle contestazioni. Requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Chimica, Industriale o Gestione Aziendale). Formazione in lean manufacturing e gestione risorse. Almeno 10 anni di esperienza nella gestione di stabilimenti alimentari multiprodotto. Conoscenza dei processi di certificazione e auditing dell’industria alimentare. Competenza nella gestione dei flussi industriali e sistemi ERP. Conoscenza delle normative HACCP e di sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro. Work in the Production team, very closely with the Raw Materials Research team with the objective of validating all necessary information and to make sure that the allocations of materials are suitable for production; Support the Production Planning Team to guarantee the on time deliveries of the materials.   Work in close relationship with manufacturers in order to manage any material related issue and possible optimizations.
