For our client in the luxury sector, we're looking for a: COLLECTION MERCHANDISING MANAGER / CONSULTANT COLLECTION MERCHANDISING Main activities and responsibilities: • Gather selling on different markets and channels (retail, franchising e wholesale) to structure the collection • Gather feedback on products from the market fostering initiatives and special project to meet needs of different markets • Monitoring both on a qualitative and on a quantitative levels competitors on pricing, products, materials, shapes • Elaborating and establishing the collection plan (functions, price ranges, number of lines, model types etc) • Managing the process of defining price objectives for the collections • To guarantee activities in order to support during editing of samples for finalizing final offers and display programs • Supporting in defining products purchasing packages adapted according to different features/dimensions of Boutiques and shops • To guarantee commercial forecast activities related to collections’ trends (sell out forecast to allow Production start over) • Training sessions organization in show room before buying office start to show to sales associates, Boutique managers and Retail employees the collection mood, the materials, the products and accordingly the different way to utilize them. • Managing of any unplanned Special project Requirements: • 7 - 10 years experience in Merchandising/Marketing • 7 – 10 years experience in Fashion/Luxury • Strong knowledge of RTW • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required • Analytical, organizational skills and strategy building skills • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, relational skills, flexibility, open minded approach • Judgment and mature business skills; flexibility, open minded approach • Goal oriented approach, multitasking • Fluent English, knowledge of French is a plus CTD or placement as temporary/consultant

Responsabilità Supportare nella definizione dei fabbisogni di acquisto da un punto di vista tecnico e contrattuale; Redigere il piano degli acquisti con focus su tempi, costi e necessità; Valutare potenziali fornitori e assicurare forniture in linea con i fabbisogni del cantiere.   Attività Supportare la redazione del budget, definendo i fabbisogni di acquisto; Allineare le richieste di acquisto ai fabbisogni del programma lavori; Supportare nella definizione delle specifiche tecniche degli acquisti e nella definizione delle clausole contrattuali; Supportare nella selezione dei fornitori/ subappaltatori, effettuando scouting preliminare per assicurare soddisfacimento delle specifiche tecniche; Effettuare attività di expediting (es: visite presso fornitori) per verificare stato di avanzamento della fornitura; Manutenere l’Albo Fornitori.   Requisiti   Titolo di studio: Diploma da Geometra o Laurea in Ingegneria Conoscenze e competenze: Conoscenza tecnica, delle categorie merceologiche e del mercato di riferimento; Flessibilità, capacità analitiche e organizzative, buone doti relazionali e di problem solving, elevata motivazione a lavorare nel settore di riferimento. Esperienza pregressa: Esperienza dai 5 ai 10 anni in ufficio tecnico, ufficio qualità o ufficio acquisti di cantieri edili / infrastrutturali.

Main responsibilities: Fully understand customer requests in terms of content, performance, quality, reliability, engineering standards, requirements, and dimensional limitations, etc. Share and develop technical knowledge and skills while collaborating with our customers. Develop and verify the feasibility of costs and the reliability of mechanical product designs using CAD tools. Support design for manufacturing (DFM). Prepare technical reports and presentations. Provide design support during the post-production phase. Provide guidance and technical support for resolving interdepartmental and customer-related issues, as required. Perform design activities to achieve cost-effectiveness between quality, design, and production in accordance with engineering and design standards. Create and assist in the creation of bills of materials. Support the development of production/manufacturing in our facility. We are interested in hiring candidates with: A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or similar fields. A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, preferably within the electromechanical sector in household appliances and/or coffee machines or similar. A good knowledge of CAD/SolidWorks/PDM with related product lifecycle management (PLM) and MRO/ERP (Data management) systems. Experience with CEI EN 60335-X standards.
