La figura risponderà al CEO e avrà l’obiettivo di gestire il Dipartimento Accounting and Finance, inclusi i rapporti a livello amministrativo con le controllate/collegate, con il commercialista e con il revisore contabile.
Fra i compiti principali, oltre alla tenuta della contabilità generale fino al bilancio aziendale, ci sarà anche la tenuta del sistema di controllo di gestione, con relativa reportistica a scadenza.

Per primaria realtà multinazionale del settore metalmeccanico, per il loro Plant produttivo in Provincia di Milano, stiamo ricercando un/una PURCHASING MANAGER E’ responsabile dell’approvvigionamento dei materiali per la produzione, in un’ottica di riduzione dei costi, di miglioramento ed efficienza dei processi produttivi, di ottimizzazione qualitativa, quantitativa ed economica, nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali, norme contrattuali e ambientali. Effettua in accordo con la direzione le trattative economiche definendo periodicamente gli accordi di fornitura ed i contratti di acquisto. Realizza e implementa l’analisi del valore dei materiali di acquisto Monitora l’andamento dei prezzi dei prodotti, materie prime e commodity di riferimento Definisce accordi quadro e contratti correlati con l’andamento delle materie prime Si Interfaccia con i clienti e fornitori interni per l’identificazione del fabbisogno aziendale È Responsabile della relazione con fornitori in termini di: negoziazione, gestione dei contratti, gestione ordini, solleciti, gestione anomalie Monitora l’andamento dei magazzini e implementa azioni al fine di ridurre scorte e migliorarne la rotazione tramite l’utilizzo MRP Gestisce le attività legate al ciclo passivo: fatturazione fornitori Partecipa all’ottimizzazione dei processi di acquisto e promuove azioni di continuo miglioramento. For an important and prestigious multinational industrial group, we are looking for: PRODUCTION ENGINEERING, MAINTENANCE & FACILITY MANAGER The candidate will take in charge and manage the production Engineering, Maintenance and Facility departments. Main responsibilities: • Ensure the management of comprensorial assets in terms of Safety and efficiency; • Provide the smooth operational maintenance and preventive maintenance in compliance with the relevant regulations and legal requirements; • Ensure and coordinate the Production Engineering Areas in the whole Plant for the existing products and assure a smooth new product introduction of the new projects • Define and manage investments for safety, environment, facility, building and cost reduction projects; • Define and manage the plant's Annual Capex and define the annual Expences in accordance with the Area Heads, EHS Manager, Quality Manager and Logistic Manager, monitoring its progress; • Ensure the monitoring of all Maintenance KPI's of the different Technology Areas as well as maintenance cost reduction KPI's; • Provide the management of the Working Capital of the indirect materials warehouse (Auxiliary and Maintenance); • Ensure the compliance of the technological system (General and Production Plants) with the relevant legal requirements in force; • Manage, and monitor the continuous improvement projects of production processes, ensuring their efficiency in line with assigned targets; • Manage all suppliers working in the plant to introduce process improvements, modification and/or maintenance as well as managing of indirect material warehouse; • Collaborate with HSE for Environment, Safety, Ergonomics projects and maintenance of legal requirements; • Managing of relations with 'external authorities' in cooperation with RSPP and Employer.
