E’ responsabile dell’approvvigionamento dei materiali per la produzione, in un’ottica di riduzione dei costi, di miglioramento ed efficienza dei processi produttivi, di ottimizzazione qualitativa, quantitativa ed economica, nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali, norme contrattuali e ambientali. Effettua in accordo con la direzione le trattative economiche definendo periodicamente gli accordi di fornitura ed i contratti di acquisto. Gestisce e mantiene la relazione con i fornitori esterni sia per i materiali indiretti che i diretti, gestendo il contenimento delle giacenze misurando consumi e disponibilità. Si interfaccia con la Direzione Aziendale nella definizione delle strategie, degli obiettivi e del modello organizzativo.

Realizza e implementa l’analisi del valore dei materiali di acquisto
Monitora l’andamento dei prezzi dei prodotti, materie prime e commodity di riferimento
Definisce accordi quadro e contratti correlati con l’andamento delle materie prime
Si Interfaccia con i clienti e fornitori interni per l’identificazione del fabbisogno aziendale
È Responsabile della relazione con fornitori in termini di: negoziazione, gestione dei contratti, gestione ordini, solleciti, gestione anomalie
Monitora l’andamento dei magazzini e implementa azioni al fine di ridurre scorte e migliorarne la rotazione tramite l’utilizzo MRP
Gestisce le attività legate al ciclo passivo: fatturazione fornitori
Partecipa all’ottimizzazione dei processi di acquisto e promuove azioni di continuo miglioramento.
Promuove programmi di continua crescita qualitativa con i Fornitori in collaborazione con la qualità
Verifica la conformità con i programmi di rispetto ambientale.
Esegue visite con regolarità presso i fornitori stabilendo le priorità insieme al Plant Director
Propone i costi standard ed esegue le analisi correlate
Gestisce il personale a suo riporto ed è responsabile della loro crescita e formazione, coordinandone le attività sia da un punto di vista funzionale che gerarchico
Requisiti
Laurea in ingegneria meccanica o cultura equivalente

AUTOMATION ENGINEER
The figure, included in the Automation & IoT Department, reporting directly to the Division Manager, will have the following responsibilities:
To develop, in codesign with supplier during the preliminary concept of the product/project, the needed suitable automation solutions to guarantee the best balance between local labour cost and investment amount, consistently with process variable cost estimation in the offer phase
To define the technical specifications ( including machine description, capability with parameters and required standard,..) of the machinery or tools related to the involved section of the process ensuring the application of the standards
To collaborate with the Purchasing dept. in the supplier Machinery/ tools nomination phase through the offer analysis
