Per un’importante azienda operante nel settore alimentare, ricerchiamo un/una: CAPO TURNO/SHIFT MANAGER La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Responsabile di Produzione, si occuperà di garantire la realizzazione e la consegna dei prodotti nel turno secondo i piani concordati, rispettando i volumi ed i parametri di qualità ed efficienza e coordinando le risorse umane e strumentali assegnate, nel rispetto delle norme vigenti e degli standard di prodotto/processo/gestione definiti dall’azienda. Principali responsabilità: Condividere ed integrare le informazioni con i colleghi degli altri turni, generando sinergie per la condivisione di impianti / attrezzature, personale e supporto reciproco; Garantire il rispetto delle procedure aziendali in ambito sicurezza del personale e sicurezza alimentare; Assicurare la realizzazione del prodotto in uscita; Gestire il personale assegnato rispettando, in quanto Preposto, le procedure aziendali e di legge in relazione agli aspetti di sicurezza, qualità e ambiente; Assicurare l'efficienza dell’area produttiva, delle macchine e delle attrezzature assegnate, rispettando il programma di produzione secondo le priorità definite; Promuovere le attività connesse con la “gestione a vista” e collaborare alla preparazione; Promuovere le attività di miglioramento continuo finalizzate a diminuzione della non-qualità, eliminazione dei tempi morti, miglioramento dell’efficienza, aumento della flessibilità attraverso la polivalenza. Collaborare alla realizzazione delle prove di produzione. Requisiti principali: Diploma di scuola superiore; Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 3/4 anni all’interno di realtà produttive, preferibilmente del settore alimentare e/o farmaceutico; Conoscenza di un sistema ERP e ottima conoscenza di Excel; Leadership e gestione delle risorse umane; Problem Solving. DIGITAL SITE MANAGER We are looking for a DigITal Site Manager for south Turin area. The candidate will be responsible for the following activities: Function as the local DigITal focal point for site management: DigITal projects, operations, concerns, and incidents; Identify DigITal services requiring software and hardware assistance, investments and expenses impacting the site; Facilitate DigITal projects at the site by leading, coordinating, and informing regional/global DigITal resources in a collaborative process to achieve business priorities and solutions; Coordinate and monitor onsite/remote suppliers incharged for EUS services, for infrastructure and network administration and for central applications support; Execution of DigITal daily operations; Ensure continuity of the DigITal applications and infrastructure services delivered at the site; Support site areas with regards to operation technology (eg. You will have the opportunity to create and develop footwear products for Men’s and Women’s and be involved in the creative process. You will have a direct, daily contact with the footwear factory in Italy (Marche area), and will pilot the development of all products within the timings requested, for both mens and womens, and both runway and pre-collections. Responsibilities: Reporting and Coordination: Report to the Corporate Reporting Director and coordinate various phases of the financial closing process, including Monthly, Quarterly, Year-end, Budget, and Forecasts Consolidated closing. Ensure accuracy of data input into both group Managerial and Statutory reporting systems, aligning with the accounting system. Skills: Education and Experience: Master's degree in economics-related disciplines with 5-8 years of work experience.
