For a prestigious multinational group, leader in automotive industry, we are looking for a/an brilliant: PLANT CONTROLLER Reporting to the EMEA Manufacturing Controller, and acting as a business partner, she/he will be responsible for the following activities for the plant: Support plant budget, forecast and strategic plan preparation; Month-end closing and variances analysis; Support continuous improvement methodology deployment (from loss identification to saving track); Investments control together with pay back analysis; Prepare expense report, analysis and review; Participate to internal audits; Provide industrial/financial analysis to support plant leadership team on decision making (cost analysis, cost optimization, profitability etc.); Ensure the correct application of procedures and timing respect. The ideal candidate has a degree in Economics/Engineering, gained an experience in industrial controlling and served as Plant controller for multinational companies (at least 5 years). Proven business partnering attitude, ability to work under tight deadlines, proactivity, flexibility, team working, communication and results orientation complete the profile. Descrizione del ruolo La figura ricercata avrà l’obiettivo di garantire la stabilità finanziaria dell’azienda attraverso un’efficace gestione del ciclo attivo, una strategia di credito solida e il controllo del rischio di insolvenza, contribuendo attivamente all’ottimizzazione del cash flow. Risponderà gerarchicamente al Direttore Finanziario e collaborerà trasversalmente con i team AFC, Sales e le controparti esterne. Responsabilità principali Gestione del ciclo attivo e fatturazione: Assicurare la corretta emissione e registrazione delle fatture attive; Supervisionare il processo di riconciliazione contabile e gestire eventuali contestazioni clienti; Collaborare con le funzioni aziendali per il miglioramento continuo del processo. Strategia e gestione del credito: Definire e aggiornare le politiche di credito aziendali; Monitorare l’esposizione al rischio e proporre azioni correttive (riduzione DSO, prevenzione perdite); Supportare l’area commerciale nella gestione degli incassi e nell’individuazione di situazioni critiche; Redigere report periodici sull’andamento dei crediti e dei KPI di area. Controllo e analisi del rischio: Valutare la solvibilità dei clienti e approvare le richieste di fido; Gestire i piani di rientro, i contenziosi e le attività di recupero credito (interna o tramite fornitori esterni); Definire e implementare una politica di assicurazione del credito. Coordinamento team: Guidare e sviluppare il team dedicato a fatturazione, incassi, solleciti e recupero crediti; Supervisionare lo sblocco ordini critici e il rispetto delle procedure interne; Definire KPI e monitorare costantemente le performance del team. For a company, part of a multinational group, operating in the production of injectors, pumps, and valves with applications in the naval, railway, and power plant sectors, we are looking for a: PLANT CONTROLLER MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop an understanding of the cost structures and establish cost models. Month, quarter and year-end closure activities / actual results against budget-forecast-PY / P&L analysis. Prepare budget and rolling forecast according to local / central requirements. Reporting package. Detailed cost analysis (volumes, variable-fix costs, yields, variances, OWC and capex) Product calculations. Tariffs calculation based on cost driver and key allocation.
