Gestire il budget del reparto produzione e monitorare i costi di produzione.
Requisiti:
Laurea in ingegneria meccanica, gestionale o simili, o esperienza equivalente nel settore.
Esperienza minima di 5 anni in ruoli di responsabilità all'interno della produzione, preferibilmente nel settore automotive.
Conoscenza approfondita dei processi produttivi automotive, delle tecnologie di produzione e dei metodi Lean.
Eccellenti capacità di leadership e gestione del personale.
Forti competenze analitiche e problem solving.
Esperienza nell'uso di software gestionali ERP e altri strumenti di monitoraggio della produzione.
Ottime capacità di comunicazione e orientamento al lavoro di squadra.
