Principali aree di lavoro: Contabilizzazione del ciclo attivo e passivo attraverso il gestionale dedicato Hermes; Registrazione prima nota; Dichiarazioni fiscali nel rispetto delle scadenze: liquidazione IVA e predisposizione e pagamento modello F24; Gestione Banca (pagamenti fornitori e incassi dai clienti); Gestione di cespiti, ratei e risconti; Elaborazione del Bilancio previsionale e delle situazioni periodiche, fino alla pubblicazione del Bilancio definitivo a supporto dello Studio Commercialista; Gestione della Contabilità Analitica a supporto del Consulente di Controllo di Gestione Principali prerequisiti: Preferibile Laurea in Economia (richiesto Diploma in Ragioneria o formazione scolastica affine); E’ richiesta una pluriennale esperienza in contabilità c/o aziende di servizi, con un ruolo Senior Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello base); Curiosità ed interesse ad apprendere ed a formarsi sugli aspetti fiscali e normativi; Capacità di fronteggiare progetti complessi; Ottima conoscenza di Excel Sede di lavoro: Alba (CN)

For a Multinational Company we are looking for a:  GROUP INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER Mission: Standardization, development and management of the industrial accounting processes, cost controlling methodologies, industrial Report and KPIs. Lead the Operating Cost analysis and the industrial controlling activities of the divisional industrial controllers (hoses & fitting) and of the local plant controllers. Manage the monthly closing and the Bdgt and 3YP processes. Work in team with the MD (Manufacturing Division) Management in the development of the main manufacturing projects; preparation of the industrial & financial analysis related to these. Be proactive in defining efficiency plans with the aim to increase the profitability and the competitiveness of the MD. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the production teams to increase productivity and cost controlling within the manufacturing operations. Ensuring the implementation and standardization of the most modern industrial cost controlling methodologies and procedures; guarantee the highest possible quality of the industrial and KPIs reporting. Manage the Product Costing processes (STD cost; ACTUAL costs; variance analysis). Ensure the respect of due date for monthly closing. Capex analysis ensuring good control on cash out for tangible and intangible assets with strong control on appropriation request approval flow. Stock analysis and obsolescence risk control. Lead the Budgeting and Forecasting activities in full compliance with the instruction defined at Corporate level. Experiences: Industrial accounting background in multinational industrial organization. Deep knowledge of the production processes in complex industrial environments. Deep experience in product costing, stock evaluation, operating cost analysis, variance analysis, project management, etc. Good financial and economics skill. Leadership in the management of multi-cultural and multinational teams. Involvement in high-level strategic decision and capability to work with Executive Senior Managers. La risorsa si occuperà di coordinare e sujpervisionare tutte le attività produttive ed i cantieri ed in particolare dei seguenti task: - Assegnare i cantieri agli assistenti tecnici - Pianificare puntualmente, in coordinamento con le funzioni aziendali di riferimento, gli interventi sui cantieri considerando le risorse disponibili (Personale, Procurement, Macchine e      Attrezzature); - Definire la gestione operativa del Budget; - Coordinare operativamente e organizzativamente le attività degli Assistenti Tecnici; - Supervisionare le attività di pianificazione della produzione, lo staffing delle risorse, la gestione dei materiali e dei mezzi; - Valutare l’esecuzione dei lavori tramite il monitoraggio degli avanzamenti; - Supportare in logica di crisis management gli interventi su tutte le attività bloccanti o ad elevata priorità per il conseguimento dei lavori; - Risolvere, di concerto con l'Area Tecnica, eventuali problematiche prima e durante l'esecuzione dei lavori. Facilitate project prioritization within the R&D portfolio and BU programs. Champion the Support Project Process workflow, activities, and deliverables. Production management and knowledge of production processes, continuous improvement, quality controls and management, industrial logistics flows, machine installation, process engineering, and improvement.
