L’HR Business Partner è responsabile, nell’ambito delle politiche e delle linee guida definite dalla Direzione Risorse Umane, di tutti i processi di gestione HR per il personale, collaborando nei processi di pianificazione dei fabbisogni, selezione, formazione, sviluppo e organizzazione, nonché nella realizzazione delle politiche retributive più idonee alla gestione dei talenti e delle professionalità chiave per la Società. PRINCIPALI COMPITI E RESPONSABILITA’
- Assicura una ottimale gestione delle persone e dell’organizzazione, in coerenza le linee guida strategiche e i piani di medio-lungo termine per la gestione e lo sviluppo delle risorse umane e dell’organizzazione;
- Gestisce la relazione con i dipendenti, monitorandone la soddisfazione per quanto concerne il clima interno, i pacchetti retributivi, le condizioni di lavoro e identificando, a supporto della Linea, soluzioni ai problemi più frequenti di gestione del personale, interpellando gli uffici di competenza;
- Partecipa attivamente alla raccolta dei fabbisogni per la definizione del Budget del personale gestito, contribuendo alla definizione e monitoraggio del costo del lavoro, alla predisposizione della reportistica mensile e annuale di competenza;
- Implementa le strategie e i processi HR e le progettualità specifiche, anche in collaborazione con le funzioni HR Company, con particolare riferimento ai processi di selezione, formazione, sviluppo, organizzazione;
- Assicura il rispetto delle disposizioni di legge e contrattuali in materia giuslavoristica, di sicurezza, l’osservanza del codice etico e dei regolamenti interni aziendali.
COMPETENZE
- Laurea Magistrale (eventuale Master in Risorse Umane costituisce requisito gradito);
- 3/5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo;
- Conoscenza approfondita della contrattualistica applicata e della normativa giuslavoristica;
- Proattività, dinamicità, problem solving e team working;
- Inglese fluente;
