Il Plant HRBP, riportando direttamente al Direttore Generale, sarà responsabile dell'implementazione delle politiche e delle procedure HR all'interno dello stabilimento (sito in Toscana). Sarà responsabile della gestione dei seguenti processi: reclutamento, onboarding, relazioni con i dipendenti, conformità, formazione, buste paga, retribuzioni e benefit. Dovrà inoltre essere in grado di comprendere i problemi aziendali e apportare soluzioni basate sulla strategia aziendale. Principali responsabilità: Responsabile del reclutamento e della gestione dei dipendenti dello stabilimento. Collabora con la direzione dello stabilimento nel mantenere i livelli di personale entro il budget. Elabora le buste paga settimanali dello stabilimento e amministra la politica delle presenze. Interpreta e applica le politiche aziendali, i vantaggi, le pratiche, le procedure, i programmi e le leggi applicabili. Mantiene registri e compila report riguardanti dati relativi al personale quali assunzioni, turnover, programmi per i dipendenti, valutazioni delle prestazioni, progressione salariale e tassi di assenteismo. Pianifica e coordina l'inserimento di nuovi dipendenti per promuovere un atteggiamento positivo verso gli obiettivi organizzativi. Analizza le esigenze di formazione per progettare la formazione e lo sviluppo dei dipendenti e della leadership, compresi i programmi di sicurezza. Funge da collegamento tra la direzione e i dipendenti gestendo le domande e assistendo nella risoluzione delle questioni relative ai dipendenti. Fornisce una guida efficace alla direzione dello stabilimento, in relazione alle preoccupazioni, ai problemi e alle azioni disciplinari dei dipendenti per conformarsi alle politiche aziendali. Funge da contatto con le agenzie di lavoro interinale per programmare i lavoratori in modo che soddisfino i requisiti giornalieri di personale di produzione e per elaborare i registri salariali. Esamina e approva le fatture e affronta i problemi dei lavoratori temporanei come richiesto. Requisiti: Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 4-5 anni nella funzione HR, possibilmente come HR Plant in aziende manifatturiere. Ottime doti comunicative, inclusa la capacità di comunicare in modo efficace con le parti interessate interne ed esterne. Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e rispettare le scadenze. Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e in conformità con le strategie aziendali. Doti di mediazione e negozziazione. Forti capacità di leadership, gestione e sviluppo di team, direttamente e indirettamente Inglese fluente Laurea Magistrale o titolo equivalente e conoscenza in magteria giuslavoristica.
For a Multinational Company we are looking for a: GROUP INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER Mission: Standardization, development and management of the industrial accounting processes, cost controlling methodologies, industrial Report and KPIs. Lead the Operating Cost analysis and the industrial controlling activities of the divisional industrial controllers (hoses & fitting) and of the local plant controllers. Manage the monthly closing and the Bdgt and 3YP processes. Work in team with the MD (Manufacturing Division) Management in the development of the main manufacturing projects; preparation of the industrial & financial analysis related to these. Capex analysis ensuring good control on cash out for tangible and intangible assets with strong control on appropriation request approval flow. Stock analysis and obsolescence risk control. Lead the Budgeting and Forecasting activities in full compliance with the instruction defined at Corporate level. Experiences: Industrial accounting background in multinational industrial organization. Deep knowledge of the production processes in complex industrial environments. Deep experience in product costing, stock evaluation, operating cost analysis, variance analysis, project management, etc. Good financial and economics skill. Leadership in the management of multi-cultural and multinational teams. Involvement in high-level strategic decision and capability to work with Executive Senior Managers.
