Principali attività: Gestire e dirigere le attività relative ad Assicurazione Qualità, R&D e qualità fornitori; Partecipare alla Pianificazione di medio termine quantificando, in collaborazione con la Direzione, le attività di assicurazione della qualità, di controllo della qualità, R&D; Garantire, negli stabilimenti, l’efficacia ed efficienza dei controlli e delle attività di collaudo e della costante rilevazione e misurazione della qualità dei materiali e dei prodotti provenienti dai fornitori; Gestire il manuale di Assicurazione Qualità interno, definendo, formalizzando e diffondendo all’interno dell’azienda i Master dei Piani di Controllo Qualità e delle procedure operative; le specifiche di accettazione dei materiali e di processo; le norme interne e gli standard internazionali riguardanti la qualità; Coordinare le attività per garantire la conformità e la coerenza del sistema di Gestione Aziendale per la Qualità alla norma UNI EN ISO 9001 nell’ottica del miglioramento continuo; Fornire le elaborazioni richieste dalla Direzione Generale per la valutazione delle prestazioni qualitative di fornitori e reparti produttivi, segnalando i risultati delle verifiche ispettive e proponendo eventuali azioni correttive; Collaborare con la funzione dedicate nello sviluppo dei fornitori delle materie prime e dei prodotti in riferimento alla qualità, per gli stabilimenti italiani e le filiali estere; Collaborare con Industrializzazione, Direzione Tecnica e Direzione Operations nelle attività per la validazione dei nuovi processi ed il corretto trasferimento della produzione nelle filiali estere, per quanto riguarda la qualità del prodotto e dei processi; Collaborare con Operations e Industrializzazione nella definizione e realizzazione di nuove soluzioni impiantistiche; Interfacciarsi con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte, nella definizione dei programmi di training su tematiche di Qualità per lo sviluppo delle competenze delle diverse aree aziendali. Competenze e requisiti richiesti: Consolidata esperienza internazionale di almeno 7/8 anni come Quality Manager di più stabilimenti maturata presso realtà industriali complesse, preferibilmente del settore Automotive o del Bianco; Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, dei Materiali, Gestionale; Elevate doti di Leadership; Approfondita conoscenza di tecniche di Project Management; Conoscenza fluente della lingua Inglese. Responsibilities: Reporting and Coordination: Report to the Corporate Reporting Director and coordinate various phases of the financial closing process, including Monthly, Quarterly, Year-end, Budget, and Forecasts Consolidated closing. Ensure accuracy of data input into both group Managerial and Statutory reporting systems, aligning with the accounting system. Financial Reporting: Produce and ensure accuracy of all externally relevant financial reports including balance sheets, cash flows, and mandatory reports for statistical purposes. Data Analysis and Collaboration: Collaborate with all departments of the Financial office for monthly data analysis. Audit Coordination: Coordinate the collection of data requested by audit firms and serve as the primary internal reference for consolidated financial statements within the company. Internal Controls: Implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. Accounting Standards: Collaborate with General Accounting to identify correct accounting representation according to international accounting principles. Ad Hoc Reporting: Provide financial reports and ad hoc presentations as required. IFRS16 Compliance: Oversee backup calculation and subsequent accounting under IFRS16 principles. Skills: Education and Experience: Master's degree in economics-related disciplines with 5-8 years of work experience. Accounting Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, consolidation processes, and principles. Finance Processes: Familiarity with finance processes within multinational groups. Language Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in English language (CEFR C1). Preferred Qualifications: Professional Experience: Experience gained in audit firms/corporate reporting teams or finance function of major multinational groups.
