La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della Direzione Risorse Umane e si occuperà di supportare la funzione nell’attuare operazioni di miglioramento del clima aziendale, attraverso operazioni di Internal branding e welfare aziendale. Il ruolo prevede di segnalare le possibili aree di miglioramento dell’organizzazione aziendale e programmare di conseguenza le attività di progettazione, realizzazione e gestione dei programmi di crescita organizzativa e professionale delle risorse umane del Gruppo. La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività: progettazione, realizzazione e gestione dei programmi di miglioramento e crescita organizzativa; supporto nella ridisegnazione dei processi aziendali (anche in tema di GDPR e certificazioni); attuazione di operazioni di miglioramento del clima aziendale; realizzazione di progetti ed iniziative che riguardano la valutazione dei ruoli e delle posizioni e la valorizzazione dei talenti; valorizzazione dell’Internal Branding aziendale; aggiornamento mensile degli organigrammi di tutte le società del Gruppo in Italia e all’estero; aggiornamento e controllo periodico delle Job Description dei dipendenti del Gruppo; redazione, su indicazione del responsabile, di comunicazioni dirette a tutto il personale, relative alla vita ed all’organizzazione aziendale;. Requisiti fondamentali richiesti: pregressa esperienza di almeno 2 anni nella medesima mansione; percorso di studi in ambito psicologico e/o giuridico; spiccate doti comunicative e relazionali; ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office 365; conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese; preferenziale residenza nell'area del posto vacante. Assicurare la corretta gestione del personale di produzione, promuovendo lo sviluppo e la formazione continua. Supervisionare l'introduzione di nuove tecnologie e macchinari per migliorare la produttività e ridurre i costi operativi. Gestire il budget del reparto produzione e monitorare i costi di produzione. Requisiti: Laurea in ingegneria meccanica, gestionale o simili, o esperienza equivalente nel settore. Esperienza minima di 5 anni in ruoli di responsabilità all'interno della produzione, preferibilmente nel settore automotive. Conoscenza approfondita dei processi produttivi automotive, delle tecnologie di produzione e dei metodi Lean. Eccellenti capacità di leadership e gestione del personale. Forti competenze analitiche e problem solving. Esperienza nell'uso di software gestionali ERP e altri strumenti di monitoraggio della produzione.
