KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Identifies and evaluates suppliers - communicates with them in order to achieve the best markets conditions; • Sources F&B products for the Luxury vessels, following Company guidelines and indications while liasing with the F&B purchasing team; • Negotiates luxury F&B products worldwide, verifying delivery conditions with Logistics department; • Analyses suppliers' quotations and contract bids, verifying and negotiating contract terms, such as price, quality and delivery conditions; • Manages and builds appropriate relationships with suppliers, developing strategic partnership and projects; • Keeps up to date with luxury F&B market trends, proactively suggesting innovative solutions and products, and using market research to strategically plan future purchases; • Prepares reports and maintain accurate records; • Proactively works with Logistics and Warehouse, coordinating delivery operations to the vessels; QUALIFICATIONS • Previous experience in the role, minimum 3 years; • Experience in the F&B sector and comprehensive understanding of F&B strategic sourcing and market trends • Fluent English. Any additional language is an advantage; • Good Excel skills, knowledge of procurement e-platforms is an advantage; • Degree in Economics, Gastronomic Sciences, Procurement management, Business management; • Strong ability to analyse and interpret quotation data and logistics options; • Very good negotiating & communication skills; • Ability to work as part of a team; • Availability to travel (20%); VISA REQUIREMENTS • EU passport;

For a multinational company operating in packaging sector, we are looking for a PRODUCTION MANAGER (with a professional path to the role of OPERATIONS MANAGER) Identify and implement productivity improvement projects to improve the profitability of the operation. Participate in the development of new projects to be launched in the plant, and lead project implementation, as requested. Be a change agent leader; drive the cultural transformation necessary to achieve world class performance by the organization. Main activities and responsibilities: Ensure all quality SOPs are followed and maintained. Schedule production for molding and assembly based on customer expected ship dates achieving perfect quality and ensure Hourly/Daily/Weekly/Monthly production reporting is accurate,. Immediately resolve off-schedule situations, variances to performance, lost time and production costs that are off-standard. Ensure process bottlenecks are known, perform gap analysis and drive continuous improvement plans to eliminate/reduce bottlenecks. Identifies and implements opportunities for improvement to KPIs – labor, machine rates versus target, scrap, etc. Work with maintenance to ensure machine uptime, including coordination of PM schedules with production schedules. Establish 5S / 6S program and ensure housekeeping procedures are followed. Implement waste elimination practices. Active participation with Engineering Dept. in system for mold repair - what is required to be done by when and when is the tool required back in production. With material handling team, develop and implement production planning & control techniques to improve responsiveness and flexibility. Conduct layered audits on a regular basis to confirm operator conformance to work/operator instructions coordinated with the quality team. Ensure adherence to a formal, structured and controlled process for process changes and engineering changes. Ensure bar coding of material and components is used throughout the manufacturing process to eliminate non value added effort and speed delivery of material/information – proper training, ensure accuracy and timely data entry. Manage the leads and operators. Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement to management. Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization and in particular, your area of responsibility. Ensuring that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented. Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs. Support all EHS activities and strictly adhere to all work instructions and safety procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing or business. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership positions. Technical background in injection molding and/or high speed assembly. ISO 9001. Quality Audits. Experience with developing and implementing successful solutions for complex manufacturing and supply chain problems. Project management. Proven people management skills and ability to develop a team. Good English verbal and written communication skills. Lean or Six Sigma qualification preferred. Location: near Vicenza.

La risorsa si occuperà di coordinare e sujpervisionare tutte le attività produttive ed i cantieri ed in particolare dei seguenti task: - Assegnare i cantieri agli assistenti tecnici - Pianificare puntualmente, in coordinamento con le funzioni aziendali di riferimento, gli interventi sui cantieri considerando le risorse disponibili (Personale, Procurement, Macchine e      Attrezzature); - Definire la gestione operativa del Budget; - Coordinare operativamente e organizzativamente le attività degli Assistenti Tecnici; - Supervisionare le attività di pianificazione della produzione, lo staffing delle risorse, la gestione dei materiali e dei mezzi; - Valutare l’esecuzione dei lavori tramite il monitoraggio degli avanzamenti; - Supportare in logica di crisis management gli interventi su tutte le attività bloccanti o ad elevata priorità per il conseguimento dei lavori; - Risolvere, di concerto con l'Area Tecnica, eventuali problematiche prima e durante l'esecuzione dei lavori. Check and analysis of cost sheet of finish product received from the suppliers ( woman and man collection for all categories). Maintaining Cost Accounting System PLM. Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Global CIO / IT Director to lead the company’s global IT and digital agenda.  JOB PURPOSE The role will work in envisioning, defining, and implementing applications and systems, user experience, data integrations, and predictive analytics. The role will be in charge of the development and maintenance of IT solutions for the company by working with different stakeholders in order to optimize business process efficiency and implement enhancements to internal business processes as well as managing successfully the ERP implementation to ensure that integrated data flows from ERP and production systems support comprehensive business intelligence dashboards, KPI monitoring, and predictive analytics initiatives. MAJOR ACTIVITIES Define the overall ICT architecture and the evolution road map also considering (having strong confidence with) new emerging technology and trends, among others cloud-native architecture, microservices, containerization (es.
