Gestire e sviluppare sistemi strutturati di performance management e piani di incentivazione ai diversi livelli aziendali. Armonizzare i sistemi di valorizzazione delle persone e le politiche HR, già in uso in azienda, per renderli uniformi e integrati all’interno delle diverse aziende del Gruppo a livello Italia e successivamente anche all’estero. Definire un piano di Employer Branding per aumentare l’attrattività sul mercato del lavoro (es. rapporti con le Istituzioni locali, con le scuole, con gli Enti del territorio, gestione dei social network,…). Gestire il rapporto con l’ufficio paghe esterno. Mantenere i rapporti con i dipendenti e l’attività di comunicazione interna. Operare in prima persona sulla relazione con i sindacati. Requisiti: Il candidato ideale dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti: Laurea in discipline economiche, umanistiche, giurisprudenziali o ingegneria gestionale.
