For a prestigious multinational group, we are looking for a:   MAINTENANCE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT – CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT EXPERT The Maintenance Subject Matter Expert is a member of the central Head Quarter Continuous Improvement Team inside Manufacturing Function, which coordinates and supports the Company Manufacturing Excellence worldwide. Main objective is the development and successful implementation system, with focus on the continuous improvement of the maintenance, to achieve significant cost savings, improve the reliability and uptime of the machinery, the management of spare parts and the efficiency of the maintenance organization.   Main responsibilities Developing and maintaining the standards and methods related to the Professional and Autonomous Maintenance improvement stream and creating the associated training material. Serving as a trainer about Maintenance standards and improvement methods inside the Company Academy, in order to create an adequate level of competence in the Head Quarter and in the Factories. Providing the necessary support to the Plant Directors, Maintenance stream leaders and improvement teams inside the factories, in order to successfully implement the standards and methods according to the Company System Road Map, also through dedicated missions on site. Identifying good practices, together with the Stream leaders in the factories and promoting their implementation in other factories, whenever convenient. Monitoring the progress of PMS implementation and projects achievements. Serving as an assessor during the audits, regularly performed in the factories. Has a technical background, reinforced by shop-floor practice, that will enable creative and cost-effective solutions applying the Maintenance improvement principles. Is a leader in the implementation of the continuous improvement system worldwide, capable of interacting with all levels of the organization. Develops an adequate level of competence about the Company organization, production process to support the successful implementation and the results of the continuous improvement as a whole. Technical and Soft Skills At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a significative experience in maintenance management. Master's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Management. Fluency in English, other languages such as: German, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Chinese, are considered a plus. Sound understanding of Manufacturing Improvement Systems. Sound understanding of the Professional and Autonomous Maintenance improvement methods. Ability to work in international teams. Travelling flexibility.   Location: Milan

Per importante azienda leader nel settore siderurgico stiamo cercando uno: SPECIALISTA AFFIDABILITÀ IMPIANTI La risorsa lavorerà a riporto del Technical Services Manager e sarà responsabile dell’affidabilità degli impianti.   Principali attività e responsabilità: Definisce le cause principali delle fermate dell’impianto. Esegue la valutazione dello stato tecnico dei vari reparti dell’azienda, attraverso la diagnostica interna ed anche attraverso il coinvolgimento dei servizi diagnostici esterni. Elabora le misure (provvedimenti) per l’eliminazione delle cause principali del guasto dell’impianto. Partecipa all’elaborazione dello schema e del piano di attività dei servizi e alla manutenzione in essere e generale. Propone le azioni per il miglioramento della manutenzione, del ripristino in essere e generale. Elabora, migliora e dà atto al piano di manutenzione predittiva dello stabilimento. Partecipa al collaudo tecnico dell’impianto una volta eseguita la manutenzione. Collabora nell’Organizzazione e monitoraggio gli stadi dell’avanzamento dei lavori di manutenzione e l’utilizzo razionale dei materiali e dell’impianto. Monitora i diversi lavori organizzando formazioni teoriche e pratiche inerenti il ripristino in essere e generale delle macchine. Partecipa, attraverso l’analisi dei fermi e i risultati dei monitoraggi predittivi, all’elaborazione di programmi della manutenzione generale e realizza le alle strategie della manutenzione.  Studia gli standard, le procedure, i regolamenti, le istruzioni, le mappe tecniche per la manutenzione e l’utilizzo dell’impianto. Esegue le direttive del Responsabile dei Servizi Tecnici rispettandone la tempistica e rispettandone le indicazioni. Requisiti richiesti: Laurea tecnica, preferibilmente con specializzazione in Meccanica ed Impiantistica.  Esperienza lavorativa pregressa in siderurgia, o in aziende di produzione metalmeccaniche. Conoscenza del processo tecnologico del reparto (dell’area, dell’officina). Conoscenza dei metodi della misurazione diagnostica. Conoscenza della tecnologia dei servizi di manutenzione. Conoscenza dell’impianto e nomenclatura dei raccordi e delle loro caratteristiche. Conoscenza di: MS office, Outlook, AutoCAD e delle macchine automatizzate dell’ufficio. Caratteristiche personali: Preciso e disciplinato, onesto e positivo. Attitudine alla leadership e la capacità nel lavorare in squadra. Responsabilità • Contribuire all’ottimizzazione dei prodotti, garantendo una migliore gestione dei costi e la riduzione dei tempi di produzione e di consegna. • Controllare i semilavorati e i prodotti finiti per valutarne gli eventuali difetti e, in base alle imperfezioni riscontrate, proporre gli accorgimenti tecnici più adatti alla soluzione dei problemi. • Individuare gli interventi preventivi e correttivi per il ripristino dei livelli di qualità attesi in cooperazione con gli altri enti tecnici preposti (Qualità e Industrializzazione). • Verificare la corrispondenza delle caratteristiche dei prodotti con quelle dei campioni ordinati, assicurandosi che coincidano con le specifiche richieste. • Attraverso l’organizzazione dei processi di controllo, contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di efficacia ed efficienza dell’intero sistema produttivo, con focus in particolare sulle tempistiche di consegna richieste. • Controllare le Di.Ba, le schede misure o le anagrafiche e, ove necessario, realizzare i protocolli di modifica. • Gestire i file per aggiornamenti su tutti i capi di collezione, arrivo e controllo dei campioni PPS, arrivo e invio a magazzino dei campioni Shipment Sample. Archiviare foto e documenti di tutto quello che viene controllato. • Preparare e inviare a magazzino i set di documenti propedeutici alla fase di controllo qualitivo.
