RESPONSABILE MANUTENZIONE & ENGINEERING
La risorsa, a riporto del Direttore Industriale e del Direttore Tecnico, si occuperà di garantire l’efficienza degli impianti (elettrico, meccanico e automazione) e delle utilities dello stabilimento nel rispetto delle politiche definite, del budget e degli standard di qualità, igiene, sicurezza e GMP in ottica di miglioramento continuo.
Principali responsabilità:
Applicare le politiche di manutenzione definite con la Direzione Tecnica e la Direzione di Stabilimento proponendo e definendo i piani annuali di intervento, il relativo budget e gli obiettivi del proprio reparto: fermo macchina, tempi di ripristino, magazzino scorte, ecc.;
Sviluppare ed attuare il programma di manutenzione preventiva e revisione annuale finalizzato alla riduzione dei fermi macchina e dei costi di manutenzione ed energetici;
Garantire la tempestiva realizzazione degli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria (elettrica e meccanica ed elettronica) segnalati dagli operatori di linea e loro responsabili e dai tecnologi e dal reparto qualità;
Proporre al Direttore Tecnico piani e progetti di miglioramento continuo dell’efficienza degli impianti e risparmio energetico attraverso l’analisi periodica dei guasti e dei problemi emersi e le implicazioni economico/organizzative;
Supportare il Direttore Tecnico nei progetti di nuove installazioni fornendo, per la propria area di competenza, consulenza nella fase di stesura del progetto e coordinamento delle maestranze interne/esterne nella fase operativa di realizzazione;
Garantire la corretta ed ottimale gestione del magazzino ricambi attraverso la definizione dell’allocazione dei pezzi e delle indicazioni per l’approvvigionamento e/o il ricondizionamento nel rispetto dei costi e delle linee guida aziendali;
Assicurare la corretta gestione dei fornitori esterni attraverso la valutazione in fase di scouting dei requisiti e dei costi sulla base delle linee guida interne, il coordinamento e supervisione in fase di azione e la valutazione della conformità degli interventi alle richieste;
Assicurare un’efficace gestione delle risorse umane coordinate;
Contribuire a promuovere all’interno dello stabilimento una cultura della Qualità e di Lean Manufacturing
Requisiti principali:
Laurea in Ingegneria o cultura impiantistica equivalente;
Esperienza nel ruolo di 5 anni con gestione di risorse in aziende di processo con forte attenzione su igiene/qualità (food plus) in contesti complessi ed elevato tasso di automazione;

AUTOMATION ENGINEER
The figure, included in the Automation & IoT Department, reporting directly to the Division Manager, will have the following responsibilities:
To develop, in codesign with supplier during the preliminary concept of the product/project, the needed suitable automation solutions to guarantee the best balance between local labour cost and investment amount, consistently with process variable cost estimation in the offer phase
To define the technical specifications ( including machine description, capability with parameters and required standard,..) of the machinery or tools related to the involved section of the process ensuring the application of the standards
To collaborate with the Purchasing dept. in the supplier Machinery/ tools nomination phase through the offer analysis
To collaborate with Product Design for the tools feasibility
To manage the investments of the machinery / tools ensuring the adherence of the spending according to the foreseen cost in the offer phase

To monitor the construction progress status, visiting periodically the supplier site and defining, in case of deviations, suitable recovery action plans agreed with Process Leaders

To define the typology and the amount of materials and auxiliary tooling that are necessary for the testing of the machinery
To manage machinery / tools modification and tuning after each test
To organize, in case of specific dedicated project, the FMEA process in order to identify the quality risk of the product and put in place the automatic controls
To guarantee the availability of make components (by soft or hard tooling) consistently with the product development plan
To coordinate the machinery / tools handover to the manufacturing plant coordinating the activities related to the industrial trials in collaboration with the plant
To coordinate the installation and acceptance and of the machinery/tooling, monitoring and confirming its capability with the plant Production Engineering for the final approval
