Per primaria realtà multinazionale del settore Automotive, stiamo ricercando un/una:   RESPONSABILE MANUTENZIONE   La risorsa, a riporto del Responsabile Tecnologie, avrà la responsabilità coordinare il team di manutenzione del Plant Produttivo nelle sue attività PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ Coordinare un team di manutentori meccanici ed elettrici Assegnare gli interventi al personale fornendo le istruzioni necessarie nel rispetto dei tempi fissati e delle priorità definite Sovrintendere il personale assegnato facendo osservare le norme e le misure in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente Analizzare la frequenza dei guasti e proporre azioni correttive e di miglioramento sugli impianti e sulle macchine Predisporre e aggiornare i piani di manutenzione (TPM) per tutte le macchine e gli impianti in utilizzo mediante SW Prometeo Seguire l’avviamento dei nuovi impianti in produzione, interfacciandosi con le Tecnologie Assicurare il miglioramento continuo di attrezzature e impianti assegnati Rispondere della corretta esecuzione dei lavori, verificare i tempi di esecuzione ed accertare le cause di variazione rispetto alle date e ai tempi preventivati Assicurare la disponibilità dei ricambi per gli impianti produttivi coordinandosi con l’ufficio acquisti (gestione, codifica e riordino) Gestire, coordinandosi con il Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione, i rapporti con gli enti di controllo per le revisioni periodiche degli impianti e attrezzature REQUISITI Laurea in Ingegneria o diploma tecnico in elettrotecnica/elettronica Ottima competenza in materia elettronica/elettrotecnica Ottima conoscenza della normativa in materia di sicurezza e ambiente e della direttiva macchine Precedente solida esperienza in ambito produttivo e/o manutentivo Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese Ottima conoscenza della tecnologia meccanica, del disegno tecnico e degli schemi circuitali Buona conoscenza dei linguaggi di programmazione dei PLC Ottima conoscenza degli indicatori di gestione (OEE, RGI, ecc.) e delle metodologie di Problem Solving, 5S Conoscenza delle metodologie di gestione dei progetti (diagramma di Gantt, Flow Chart, FMEA di processo) Conoscenze informatiche per la stesura della documentazione necessaria: utilizzo Autocad, utilizzo dei principali SW applicativi di Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visual Basic, ecc...) Introduce nuovi KPI per misurare e monitorare l’efficacia dei progetti, l’andamento dei reclami e dello scarto interno. Garantisce la condivisione e l’aggiornamento continuo dei KPI individuati tramite una presenza diretta nell’area produttiva.
