Il Plant HRBP, riportando direttamente al Direttore Generale, sarà responsabile dell'implementazione delle politiche e delle procedure HR all'interno dello stabilimento (sito in Toscana). Sarà responsabile della gestione dei seguenti processi: reclutamento, onboarding, relazioni con i dipendenti, conformità, formazione, buste paga, retribuzioni e benefit. Interpreta e applica le politiche aziendali, i vantaggi, le pratiche, le procedure, i programmi e le leggi applicabili. Mantiene registri e compila report riguardanti dati relativi al personale quali assunzioni, turnover, programmi per i dipendenti, valutazioni delle prestazioni, progressione salariale e tassi di assenteismo. Pianifica e coordina l'inserimento di nuovi dipendenti per promuovere un atteggiamento positivo verso gli obiettivi organizzativi. Analizza le esigenze di formazione per progettare la formazione e lo sviluppo dei dipendenti e della leadership, compresi i programmi di sicurezza. Funge da collegamento tra la direzione e i dipendenti gestendo le domande e assistendo nella risoluzione delle questioni relative ai dipendenti. Fornisce una guida efficace alla direzione dello stabilimento, in relazione alle preoccupazioni, ai problemi e alle azioni disciplinari dei dipendenti per conformarsi alle politiche aziendali. Funge da contatto con le agenzie di lavoro interinale per programmare i lavoratori in modo che soddisfino i requisiti giornalieri di personale di produzione e per elaborare i registri salariali. Esamina e approva le fatture e affronta i problemi dei lavoratori temporanei come richiesto. Requisiti: Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 4-5 anni nella funzione HR, possibilmente come HR Plant in aziende manifatturiere.
