Per prestigioso Gruppo multinazionale leader nel settore automotive, stiamo cercando un/una:                Responsabile Process Engineering Italia   Responsabilità e attività principali Supportare il direttore Operations nelle scelte strategiche relative all'industrializzazione di tutti gli stabilimenti del gruppo; Sovraintende alla stesura del budget degli investimenti per i quali garantisce la correttezza dei costi/benefici e controlla che la loro effettuazione avvenga nei tempi e negli importi previsti; Gestire le attività di ottimizzazione delle tecnologie dei processi, delle postazioni e dei metodi di lavoro; Aggiornamento della redazione e manutenzione della documentazione di processo degli stabilimenti; Assicurare gli adempimenti e la conformità della documentazione del sistema qualità IATF 16949:2016.            Per gli stabilimenti italiani coordina e controlla i process engineer di stabilimento nelle seguenti attività: analisi delle problematiche di nuove postazioni di lavoro e formulazione di proposte di soluzione in ottica di ergonomia, sicurezza e funzionalità; attività di miglioramento problematiche delle postazioni al fine di garantire l'affidabilità del servizio al cliente; studio di metodi di lavoro nuovi ed appropriati, con analisi dei flussi ed evidenza anche informatizzata dei relativi layout; implementazione nuovi prodotti nello stabilimento ed illustrazione delle informazioni riguardanti gli stessi al team operativo; redazione delle istruzioni di lavoro, aggiornamento e tenuta del PDR, aggiornamento schemi elettrici, gas e pneumatici; aggiornamento Visual standard, SOP, attività di rolling e manutenzione della documentazione; aggiornamento dei presidi antincendio; approvazione della progettazione meccanica e disegno maschere di saldatura, attrezzature varie, banchi di montaggio, calibri di processo, Poka Yoke meccanici ed elettrici; monitoraggio aggiornamento FMEA; stesura Budget investimenti.   Requisiti minimi: Laurea in Ingegneria; Conoscenza approfondita del Sistema WCM; Esperienza almeno triennale nell’ambito della mansione in aziende metalmeccaniche; Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese; Conoscenza delle norme di sicurezza del D.Lgs. 81/08.   Sede: Atessa

Direct cooperation with a team of colleagues responsible for the other areas of Guest Experience (Meet & Greet, Hospitality, F&B, Housekeeping, HR, ). Definire e aggiornare gli standard di costo per nuovi progetti/prodotti. Monitorare l'evoluzione del valore del magazzino e del fondo obsolescenza. Predisporre la relativa reportistica gestionale periodica, inclusiva dei KPI specifici (es. giorni di rotazione). Fornire supporto ai reparti di produzione per la gestione di problematiche inerenti gli ordini di processo. Partecipare e supervisionare le operazioni di inventario fisico di materie prime, semilavorati e prodotti finiti sia per i magazzini interni che per quelli esterni. Sviluppare e implementare procedure mirate al miglioramento continuo e all'ottimizzazione dei processi aziendali. Supportare le analisi e le verifiche di controllo da parte della società di revisione esterna. Supervisionare le attività di cost controlling di una società controllata, inclusa la conduzione di visite periodiche in loco, per garantire il rispetto delle procedure e delle politiche aziendali. REQUISITI Laurea in materie economiche. Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3-5 anni in posizioni simili, all’interno di contesti manifatturieri complessi. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata. Ottima conoscenza del gestionale SAP (requisito fondamentale) e di MS Excel. Conoscenza o esperienza pregressa nell’utilizzo e/o implementazione di soluzioni di Business Intelligence, tipo PowerBI o SAP Analytics Cloud (requisito preferenziale). We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Global CIO / IT Director to lead the company’s global IT and digital agenda.  JOB PURPOSE The role will work in envisioning, defining, and implementing applications and systems, user experience, data integrations, and predictive analytics. The role will be in charge of the development and maintenance of IT solutions for the company by working with different stakeholders in order to optimize business process efficiency and implement enhancements to internal business processes as well as managing successfully the ERP implementation to ensure that integrated data flows from ERP and production systems support comprehensive business intelligence dashboards, KPI monitoring, and predictive analytics initiatives. MAJOR ACTIVITIES Define the overall ICT architecture and the evolution road map also considering (having strong confidence with) new emerging technology and trends, among others cloud-native architecture, microservices, containerization (es. Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing. • Define, on a recurring basis and in alignment with company leadership, IT development roadmaps and strategic plans on an annual and three-year basis. • Manage global implementation and development projects in the application area in a structured manner, meeting internal customer requirements, coordinating the internal development team and/or working with external consultants, with a primary focus on ERP systems, local and IC business process improvement, and BI; • Ensure appropriate application maintenance (both evolutionary and corrective), in compliance with local regulations and corporate policies; • Manage global implementation and development projects in the systems area in a structured manner, meeting internal customer requirements, coordinating the internal systems team and/or working with external consultants, with a primary focus on collaboration tools and the O365 environment, networking, and unified communication; • Ensure appropriate systems maintenance (both evolutionary and corrective), in compliance with local regulations and corporate policies, and by defining and guaranteeing detailed SLAs; • Manage the execution of IT projects aimed at production environments, collaborating with department managers in defining related organizational improvements; • Manage the annual budget (costs and investments), negotiations, contracts, and relationships with global IT service partners and providers, assessing and identifying new collaborations and continuously improving solutions; • Provide company leadership with structured weekly reporting on project progress, with a global scope and covering all IT areas of responsibility; • Support departments in feasibility studies for new high-innovation projects; • Conduct research on emerging technologies and assess their potential impact and applications within the Company environment; Drive process reengineering initiatives across departments by leveraging digital tools and ERP functionalities, in alignment with business strategy and operational excellence goals • Coordinate and organize IT department resources and functional workflows according to standards and best practices (ITIL).
