Per un dinamico gruppo multinazionale industriale italiano presente in Italia e nel mondo con siti industriali e sedi commerciali, ricerchiamo  COO che a diretto riporto della Direzione, avrà la completa responsabilità del P&L degli stabilimenti produttivi a livello globale.    Responsabilità e attività: Gestione della produzione, in base alle esigenze di qualità dei clienti e nel rispetto delle tempistiche assegnate dal ricevimento dell’ordine alla consegna cliente; Coordinamento delle risorse e degli enti Manufacturing, Qualità, Supply Chain a livello centrale e valutazione della fattibilità dei prodotti e della loro allocazione nei differenti siti;  Responsabilità dell’analisi dei costi dei prodotti e dei listino prezzi, della distinta base e della scelta dei fornitori; Attuazione delle azioni correttive necessarie per ottenere risultati nei tempi previsti, rispettando il budget affidatogli/le e i livelli di qualità richiesti. Promozione del lavoro di gruppo e creazione di una cultura basata sul miglioramento continuo e sull’empowerment delle risorse; Coordinamento e supervisione delle attività di contabilità industriale per tutti gli stabilimenti del Gruppo.    Requisiti: Laurea, preferibilmente in Ingegneria Meccanica o equivalente; Esperienza consolidata in ruoli analoghi e nella gestione di organizzazioni industriali multiplant e multinazionali; Buona conoscenza dei processi di stampaggio a iniezione ed estrusione della plastica e degli impianti e macchinari relativi;  Buona conoscenza dei sistemi IT finalizzati alla gestione delle funzioni dei vari impianti, sistemi ERP e sistemi di reporting; Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese.    Caratteristiche personali: Forte attitudine al problem solving, capacità decisionali, leadership, doti relazionali e di mediazione. For a prestigious multinational Automotive company, we are looking for a: LEAD ENGINEER POWER ELECTRONICS The candidate will work in the area of advanced engineering for Power Inverter development in the range of 50-300 kW. Areas of expertise will include Power semiconductor technology, power device packaging and thermal management, Gate drive circuits, SMPS, DC bus capacitance and EMC filters. For an important international luxury company, we are looking for a: BUYER RAW MATERIALS Main responsibilities: Manage the process of purchasing from a technical, timeline and cost point of view for the Raw Materials: Leather, Fabrics, Metal Hardware, Packaging. Work in the Production team, very closely with the Raw Materials Research team with the objective of validating all necessary information and to make sure that the allocations of materials are suitable for production; Support the Production Planning Team to guarantee the on time deliveries of the materials.   Work in close relationship with manufacturers in order to manage any material related issue and possible optimizations. In charge of a detailed follow up of the purchasing orders, relation of deliveries KPIs and reporting.
