For an Important client with HQ in Italy (FMCG Sector), we are looking for a FINANCE DIRECTOR GERMANY&AUSTRIA cluster.
Reporting to the Cluster Managing Director, this role is part of the senior leadership team which has a collective responsibility to lead the organisation and oversee the implementation of local and global strategy throughout the cluster. Acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring decisions are aligned with the groups strategic direction and based on sound data, ensuring any risks are managed. Driving profitable growth, where possible anticipating opportunities/risks, providing data led recommendations and ensuring there are decisive accountable action plans and lead on Finance components of projects.
Partnering with multiple stakeholders cross-functionally locally and in Itally HQ, to provide timely analysis, insightful guidance, and financial leadership to the organisation.
The Cluster Finance Director will be fully accountable for the Cluster P&L and will functionally report to the FP&A Director (HQ Italy).
The candidate will be based in Munich.

RESPONSABILITIES Assicurare la definizione delle specifiche del software da implementare in coerenza con i requisiti di sistema e i requisiti concordati con i Clienti. Assicurare lo sviluppo del software applicativo per i sistemi meccatronici, con prevalente uso della metodologia Model Based Design, incluse prove in simulazione MIL, SIL e HIL. Assicurare lo sviluppo di toolchain a supporto dell’automazione per la generazione del software e la sua compilazione. Assicurare che il software sia sviluppato in accordo con i processi definiti in azienda (A-SPICE) e con le valutazioni di functional safety (ISO 26262). Garantire l’analisi e la risoluzione di eventuali anomalie e/o richieste di modifica su software originate internamente o richieste dai Clienti. Eseguire attività di taratura dei controllori e degli stimatori implementati nel software mediante l’analisi di dati sperimentali ottenuti a banco o da simulazione.
