A riporto dell’HR Manager, la risorsa si occuperà di provvedere alla programmazione, erogazione e monitoraggio degli interventi di formazione per il personale dell’azienda nel rispetto delle strategie e policy aziendali e della strutturazione dei processi di performance evaluation.
Nello specifico si occuperà:
· Programmazione degli interventi di formazione;
· Analisi e valutazione delle performance del personale, delle capacità e competenze con l’obiettivo di definire possibili percorsi di miglioramento e sviluppo;
· Interfaccia con i line managers;
· Coordinamento di 1 risorsa.
Requisiti richiesti:
Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 3-5 anni maturata all’interno di contesti strutturati e complessi. Si richiedono buone capacità organizzative e relazionali e di coordinamento. Autonomia nella gestione delle attività.

Main task is to execute Advanced Quality activities for the new products under development contributing to flawless launches and the continuous improvement of current production of the Transmission components (gearbox, e-axle, PTU, etc…). Key Responsibilities Actively participate in the risk assessment of new vehicle under development Manage the analysis of opened issues (including Development, Test Drive and Field) including the corrective actions to solve the issue Prepare the report by involving the Vehicle Regulation Team in case of field issue which could cause an action on field. Analyse the drawings ensuring the fully alignment to the technical specification prescribed. Analyse BOM (Bill of Material) Actively participate to the design review. Actively participate to prepare DFMEA and PFMEA. Prepare along with Cross Functional Team the action plan to improve the reliability products Monitor Quality deliverables (KPI) vs Target defined per each Program Gate. Define and lead the corrective actions to achieve the Quality Target defined for the vehicle under development. Prepare the Quality KPI reporting. Skills and Requirements Master’s degree in mechanic/automotive/mechatronic engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3 years in automotive experience Deep knowledge of automotive core tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 8D discipline and problem solving methodology) and IATF 16949 Able to organize and prioritize completion of assigned tasks.
