La risorsa lavorerà a riporto dell’Electrical Maintenance Manager e dovrà assicurare l’affidabilità dei sistemi di automazione e azionamenti elettrici dello stabilimento e definire ed implementare un piano di miglioramento e svecchiamento dei sistemi di automazione HW/SW e azionamenti elettrici.
Principali attività e responsabilità:
Eseguire troubleshooting nei sistemi di automazione e azionamenti elettrici in caso di problemi ed anomalie dell’impianto, supportando la manutenzione nella diagnostica e risoluzione dei problemi
Sviluppare, in sinergia con lo specialista Affidabilità Impianti, un piano di manutenzione preventiva e di controllo sulle apparecchiature di automazione e ne coordina l’esecuzione
Sviluppare, mantenere e implementare un piano di aggiornamento degli impianti di automazione, software HMI azionamenti AC/DC che coinvolga sia hardware che software
Supportare il personale tecnico nelle nuove realizzazioni in base alle esigenze produttive e manutentive degli altri reparti (idraulico, elettrico, meccanico) nell’ambito dei sistemi di automazione e controllo
Sviluppare progetti di miglioramento a lungo termine assegnati.
Requisiti richiesti:
Diploma perito elettronico/informatico.
Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nell’uso di Siemens TIA Portal / Step 7.
Conoscenza di GE Emerson Proficy Machine Edition (preferenziale).
Conoscenza di GE Proficy Plant Edition (preferenziale).
Conoscenza dei Sistemi di acquisizione IBA (preferenziale).
Esperienza di almeno 2 anni dei sistemi HMI computer based.
