Manage the process of purchasing from a technical, timeline and cost point of view for the Raw Materials: Leather, Fabrics, Metal Hardware, Packaging.

La risorsa sarà collocata all’interno della Funzione Qualità e rappresenterà il soggetto di riferimento nel rapporto tecnico fra l’Azienda e il Cliente per lo sviluppo dei prodotti in leghe di alluminio e la risoluzione di eventuali non conformità.
Principali attività e responsabilità:
Supportare la Funzione Commerciale nel contatto col cliente, anche attraverso visite congiunte.
Analizzate gli aspetti tecnici legati alla definizione dei parametri di fornitura ed all’utilizzo del prodotto fornito attraverso la collaborazione col Cliente stesso.
Assicurare la gestione delle eventuali non conformità esterne, anche attraverso l’intervento diretto presso i clienti, garantendo la definizione tecnica delle contestazioni ed impostando l’iter delle azioni correttive in Azienda.

Pianificare e gestire gli audit dei clienti in Stabilimento col supporto dell'Area Garanzia di Qualità e/o ualità di Prodotto.
Provvedere, per i clienti di sua competenza, al monitoraggio degli indicatori di natura qualitativa che descrivono le performance del mercato, facendosi interprete delle relative azioni di miglioramento in azienda.
Redigere per ogni visita eseguita presso il cliente un verbale tecnico e distribuirne copia a tutte le funzioni interessate.
Requisiti richiesti:
Conoscenza approfondita dei processi di fabbricazione, delle caratteristiche dei prodotti lunghi in lega di Alluminio e dei loro settori di applicazione.
