Nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Briefing con il cliente e analisi del fabbisogno;
- Stesura contratti;
- Gestione del processo di selezione dal reperimento candidature tramite attività di head hunting/scouting ai colloqui di selezione fino al monitoraggio dei candidati post assunzione.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Laurea preferibilmente in Psicologia e/o Master in HR;
- Esperienza di almeno 4/5 anni maturata all'interno di società di Head Hunting e con gestione di profili middle ed executive;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative;

For an important and prestigious multinational industrial group leader in his sector, we are looking for: PRODUCTION ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE MANAGER The candidate will take in charge and manage the production Engineering & Maintenance departments.
