For an important and prestigious multinational industrial group leader in his sector, we are looking for: PRODUCTION ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE MANAGER The candidate will take in charge and manage the production Engineering & Maintenance departments. Main responsibilities: • Ensure the management of comprensorial assets in terms of Safety and efficiency; • Provide the smooth operational maintenance and preventive maintenance in compliance with the relevant regulations and legal requirements; • Ensure and coordinate the Production Engineering Areas in the whole Plant for the existing products and assure a smooth new product introduction of the new projects • Define and manage investments for safety, environment, facility, building and cost reduction projects; • Define and manage the plant's Annual Capex and define the annual Expences in accordance with the Area Heads, EHS Manager, Quality Manager and Logistic Manager, monitoring its progress; • Ensure the monitoring of all Maintenance KPI's of the different Technology Areas as well as maintenance cost reduction KPI's; • Provide the management of the Working Capital of the indirect materials warehouse (Auxiliary and Maintenance); • Ensure the compliance of the technological system (General and Production Plants) with the relevant legal requirements in force; • Manage, and monitor the continuous improvement projects of production processes, ensuring their efficiency in line with assigned targets; • Manage all suppliers working in the plant to introduce process improvements, modification and/or maintenance as well as managing of indirect material warehouse; • Collaborate with HSE for Environment, Safety, Ergonomics projects and maintenance of legal requirements; • Managing of relations with 'external authorities' in cooperation with RSPP and Employe Main requirements: - Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering; - At least 7 Years of experience in managerial roles in Production Engineering and Maintenance Management in automotive sector or in multinational industrial components companies; - Process Development/Manufacturing operations Maintenance & facility management; - Knowledge of ISO Safety and Environment and IATF normative, Environmental and Safety legal requirements and WCM or other Lean Methodologies; - Solid knowledge of QA net. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing engineering and maintenance activities. This includes overseeing staff development, ensuring compliance with HSE and ergonomic standards, and collaborating with plant operations to improve O.E.E. and processes. The Candidate will also promote safety, quality, and equipment efficiency, handle new process industrialization, coordinate engineering changes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the publication of maintenance results and KPI.
