For an important international luxury company, we are looking for a: BUYER RAW MATERIALS Main responsibilities: Manage the process of purchasing from a technical, timeline and cost point of view for the Raw Materials: Leather, Fabrics, Metal Hardware, Packaging. Work in the Production team, very closely with the Raw Materials Research team with the objective of validating all necessary information and to make sure that the allocations of materials are suitable for production; Support the Production Planning Team to guarantee the on time deliveries of the materials.   Work in close relationship with manufacturers in order to manage any material related issue and possible optimizations. In charge of a detailed follow up of the purchasing orders, relation of deliveries KPIs and reporting. Verify that all selected raw materials are correctly sourced from reliable suppliers and that these are working according to the Company’s Social Compliance Guidelines and global Regulations in accordance with Environment, use of chemical products etc. Manage the Supplier Portfolio for each category and look for the most adequate suppliers according to their savoir-faire in order to guarantee quality, deliveries and innovation. T Define quality parameters of the material enrichment techniques for the production with supplier and in collaboration with the Product Industrialization Team. Promote the suppliers research to enlarge materials market knowledge. Negotiate prices and purchasing conditions and will transfer the information to the Development and Raw Materials Procurement Team. For an important multinational company, leader in the Hospitality sector, we are looking for a: BRAND MANAGER For the BU Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, France, Portugal & USA), he/she will be responsible for two brands of the group by building long-term brand equity, whilst creating ATL and BTL activities to support the hotel chain to reach extra revenue and increase the Brand Awareness and the Brand Perception in the BUSE. Main activities and responsibilities: Recommend and execute the marketing and communications plan, adhering to Global strategy guidelines and ensuring brand objectives are achieved; Collaborate in the strategic development of annual Marketing and Communication plans in accordance with brand, communication, sales and revenue targets and in line with BUSE strategies and Global guidelines; Develop strong hotel action plans to be executed hand in hand with all Hotel team and post-evaluated against target KPIs; Responsible for all marketing and media activities for the brands including the rollout of global initiatives (Experience Department), inauguration events (together with the PR & Communication Managers), Barter Agreement, Special Initiatives, Definition of new F&B Concept (together with the F&B Director) and implementation of the new brand identity of specific F&B outlet, etc.; Direct responsibility of media budget for Italy and France; Optimizing advertising campaigns and developing new advertising efforts; Brand ambassador at all manner of events; Drive opportunity analysis through alliances to achieve incremental sales volume (B2B & B2C); Executed special pilot projects on the BUSE market and successfully implemented best practices in other geographies. Eseguire valutazioni dei rischi ambientali e implementare misure preventive e correttive. Redigere e mantenere la documentazione necessaria in ambito HSE e ambientale. Collaborare con enti esterni per garantire il rispetto degli standard ambientali. Formare e sensibilizzare il personale su temi di salute, sicurezza e sostenibilità con team HR. Redigere ed aggiornare il piano di emergenza. Gestire le comunicazioni e i report con le autorità competenti in materia di HSE. COMPETENZE: Laurea in Ingegneria Ambientale, Ingegneria della Sicurezza o affini. Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni in ambito HSE. Conoscenza approfondita delle normative HSE e degli standard di sostenibilità ambientale. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (sia scritta che parlata). La posizione prevede attività esterna presso clienti e filiali EU, nella misura del 30%.   REQUISITI Diploma di istituto tecnico ad indirizzo elettromeccanico (elettronico/automazione/meccatronico), alternativamente laurea triennale ad indirizzo elettromeccanico. Provenienza da aziende di produzione/vendita componenti per automazione industriale, macchine e impianti industriali. Esperienza lavorativa: minimo 10 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi. Buona conoscenza Inglese e gradite altre lingue. GROUP LOGISTIC & PLANNING MANANGER. Position: The candidate will report to the Procurement & Supply Chain Director and actively participate in defining the Supply Chain group's strategy, ensuring constant support to all the company's functions.
