Job mission The Human Resources Manager has to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. The Human Resources Manager implements the people-related services, policies and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the CEO; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
