Principali attività: Gestione della produzione, in conformità con le esigenze qualitative dei clienti e nel rispetto delle tempistiche assegnate Responsabilità della pianificazione della produzione secondo il budget definito e definizione del piano di produzione, in coerenza con le logiche gestionali definite e controllo dell’avanzamento Monitoraggio delle prestazioni per garantire che gli obiettivi degli stabilimenti assegnati ed individuali siano raggiunti in termini di tempi e budget prestabiliti Sviluppo di processi e metodi di lavoro finalizzati ad incrementare l’efficienza e l’efficacia della produzione Implementazione di attività e processi di Lean Manufacturing in ottica di eccellenza e razionalizzazione dei processi produttivi Promozione del lavoro di gruppo e creazione di una cultura di miglioramento continuo e responsabilizzazione delle risorse Attuazione delle azioni correttive necessarie per ottenere risultati nei tempi previsti, rispettando il budget affidatogli/le e i livelli di qualità richiesti. Requisiti principali: Laurea in discipline ingegneristiche o economiche; Consolidata esperienza in un ruolo analogo presso complesse realtà industriali che fanno produzione su commessa;   Una pregressa esperienza nella gestione di più stabilimenti e di attività di re-layout costituisce un plus Forti capacità manageriali e di leadership. We are looking for the BUSINESS UNIT CONTROLLER.  Main responsibilities:   Managing all finance processes of the division in full alignment with group policies and supporting Business financial decisions by developing and monitoring policies and procedures.  Evaluating and enhancing financial controls on a number of processes, from transfer pricing application to cash flow optimization, etc. ensuring the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial systems  Acting as a business partner to Divisional BU Directors on financial and operating results, KPIs, budgets and strategic plans  Analyzing and interpreting balance sheets, income statements and cash flow.  Managing with BU Controllers the preparation of financial reporting on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis and related financial analysis and KPI’s needed to manage the business  Supporting the review and analysis of annual budgets and strategic plans as well as monthly forecasts in coordination with Financial Planning Manager  Maximizing returns on excess cash balances and improving closing and reporting cycles  Coordinating and recording investments.  Overseeing financial and accounting staff and analyzing profit center performance metrics.  Main requirements and qualifications:   Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.  A Master's degree with a focus on corporate financial management is preferred.  At least 10 years' experience as a BU / Corporate Controller or similar  Advanced competency in financial management and ERP / accounting software, such SAP and reporting tools such as Hyperion or BOPC   In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and industry regulations.  Extensive experience in Controlling (within a project accounting background), auditing, and performance management.  Superb organizational and time management abilities.  Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.  Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and teams.  A strong ability to manage and comply with strict deadlines.  Fluency in English.  Availability to travel to the US frequently.  Job location:  Milan, Italy   

For an important and prestigious multinational industrial group, we are looking for: PRODUCTION ENGINEERING, MAINTENANCE & FACILITY MANAGER The candidate will take in charge and manage the production Engineering, Maintenance and Facility departments. Main responsibilities: • Ensure the management of comprensorial assets in terms of Safety and efficiency; • Provide the smooth operational maintenance and preventive maintenance in compliance with the relevant regulations and legal requirements; • Ensure and coordinate the Production Engineering Areas in the whole Plant for the existing products and assure a smooth new product introduction of the new projects • Define and manage investments for safety, environment, facility, building and cost reduction projects; • Define and manage the plant's Annual Capex and define the annual Expences in accordance with the Area Heads, EHS Manager, Quality Manager and Logistic Manager, monitoring its progress; • Ensure the monitoring of all Maintenance KPI's of the different Technology Areas as well as maintenance cost reduction KPI's; • Provide the management of the Working Capital of the indirect materials warehouse (Auxiliary and Maintenance); • Ensure the compliance of the technological system (General and Production Plants) with the relevant legal requirements in force; • Manage, and monitor the continuous improvement projects of production processes, ensuring their efficiency in line with assigned targets; • Manage all suppliers working in the plant to introduce process improvements, modification and/or maintenance as well as managing of indirect material warehouse; • Collaborate with HSE for Environment, Safety, Ergonomics projects and maintenance of legal requirements; • Managing of relations with 'external authorities' in cooperation with RSPP and Employer. Main requirements: - Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering; - At least 7 Years of experience in managerial roles in Production Engineering, Maintenance and Facility Management in automotive sector or in multinational industrial components companies; - Process Development/Manufacturing operations Maintenance & facility management; - Knowledge of ISO Safety and Environment and IATF normative, Environmental and Safety legal requirements and WCM or other Lean Methodologies; - Solid knowledge of QA net.
