LAND EXPERIENCE DESIGN MANAGER
Main Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing new and strategic land experiences;
Keeping commercial relationships with worldwide tour operators and partners;
Identifying and developing Land Experiences narratives and concepts;
Negotiating and Sourcing the new strategic products ;
Constantly acquiring information on new touristic trends and new opportunities in the different destinations;
Continuously fine-tuning of existing products based on inspection trips, guests, and tour operators feedback;
Portfolio SWAT analysis;
Competition product and offer comparison;
Setting up products in the departmental systems;
Costs and Revenues trend analysis;
Promote corporate culture and values among employees, leveraging positive relationships with the company’s leaders to obtain optimum results.
Requirements:
An academic background in Hospitality and Tourism Management, in Languages and Cultures for Business and Tourism;
A strong experience in destination management company, global tour operators, online player;
Fluency in English;
Communication and organizational skills;
Skills on product designs and digital practice;
Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills;
Very good knowledge of IT tools in particular MS Office;
Willingness to travel;
Excellent communication skills focused on promoting openness and transparency;
Focused on learning and research, welcoming feedback and others’ ideas;
Open to diversity and cultural differences;
