Il candidato ideale, in possesso di una solida esperienza maturata all’interno di aziende strutturate, dovrà assicurare la gestione, pianificazione e corretta esecuzione dei flussi di logistica inbound e outbound per i business aziendali.
Principali responsabilità del ruolo:
Definizione di piani e strategie per il corretto funzionamento dei flussi di logistica in ottica di soddisfacimento delle esigenze di business e dei piani di produzione.
Gestione dei flussi di approvvigionamento verso i magazzini aziendali, del controllo qualità in accettazione, nonché della movimentazione materiali verso le baie produttive, nei modi e nei tempi, previsti dai piani di produzione.
Gestione delle spedizioni delle commesse aziendali per società clienti Europee ed Extra-Europee, assicurando i tempi di consegna previsti dai programmi aziendali.
Si richiede una conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the manufacturing process in two plants. Coordinates the two manufacturing plants' short-term and long-term planning, KPIs, and operating procedures. Ensures proper inventory management and allocation of resources, as well as the continuous improvement of the production processes and the flow of incoming material to feed the production processes, together with the respective plant production managers. Manage production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products by monitoring and evaluating operational effectiveness. Propose changes to the effects necessary to improve the viability and quality of the products. Promote and drive continuous improvement, ensuring leading indicators align with procedures and targets defined by local and global manufacturing practices. Ensures compliance with the required lead times, orders, and deliveries. Assess, manage, and monitor the correct training of the plant's personnel to assure compliance, quality, and safety. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: BS Degree in Engineering (preferred) 10 years of experience processing plastics materials with at least five years experience in a supervising / managing role. Previous experience managing production / operations at a manufacturing / transforming company specializing in semi-finished plastics products, for the medical and electronics industries as preferred. Production management and knowledge of production processes, continuous improvement, quality controls and management, industrial logistics flows, machine installation, process engineering, and improvement. Assist in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation and support intercompany pricing adjustments. Key Requirements: Educational Background: Law degree or Accounting qualification. A Master's degree in Tax Law is a plus. Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience in tax advisory or corporate tax roles, ideally within an international environment. Skills: Strong proficiency in tax software, Excel, and Word. Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous approach to handling complex tax matters. Purpose of the job The purpose of this job is to set-up the supply chain controlling and support the local management through initiatives aiming at optimizing our costs and deploying best practices. The position encompasses various topics and requires becoming the business partner for the Supply chain Function. Key responsibilities Create reliable relationships with relevant stakeholders to properly monitor the P&L and prepare analysis to support tactical and strategic business decisions that lead to improve service and customer satisfaction; Re-define and oversee the process of collecting and organizing analytical data with the aim of supporting operational decisions.
