For an important consumer goods company with HQ in Italy we are seeking a KAM E-Commerce for the cluster France/Netherlands. The candidate will be based in Paris.
Key Responsibilities and Activities:
• Help to develop and implement the local e-commerce strategy to grow sales and consumer loyalty to achieve targets.
• Set-up trusting and solid relationships with existing and prospect e-tailers, creating high value partnership to maximize business, brand perception and customer satisfaction.
• Develop e-tailers daily business to achieve expected targets leveraging on commercial activities and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with other local Sales functions (eg. Modern Trade, HORECA) in order to have a consistent strategy and coordinated promotional/activation plan.
• Analyze market prospects and champion opportunities to fuel digital business growth.
• Collaborate with e-commerce HQ team to adapt commercial strategy and service level based on local consumers needs and opportunities.
• Ensure execution align with global brand positioning and brand guidelines.
• Establish effective and optimized way to run daily digital and business operations.
• Help to define the yearly budget and long-term strategic plans aligning with MD and HQ.
• Sales and KPI analysis, product forecasting.
• Share insights on product performances and channel needs.
• Stay current in industry trends and changes, competition and best practices.
Ecommerce Business Development
• Represent e-commerce in relevant internal and external meetings.
• Support Digital Transformation initiatives, both local and global.
• Identify, quantify and develop growth opportunities and communicate findings to the local Lead team.
• Facilitate the building of strong top-to-top relationships with key HQ and customer executives.
• Ensure alignment and integration of ecommerce into the overall business strategy.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, technology or specifically in digital disciplines
• Business Proficiency in English and French, Dutch is a plus.
Experience
• Background of at least 5+ years experience launching and growing the e-commerce channel, ideally familiar with FMCG and/or Luxury Fashion.
• Experience in FMCG and digital business, specifically e-tailers, understanding of the entire online purchase funnel.
• Consumer focused, familiar with reading and act based on consumer insights.
• Proven track records of driving digital sales and revenue growth
• Business acumen, knowledge of commercial kpis and P&L
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Experience in P&L and Revenue management.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic account planning.
• Strong inter-functional leadership skills and an ability to manage and educate upwards the senior management team.
