Objectif de la Fonction et Responsabilités:
Mettre en œuvre la stratégie et la politique commerciale pour la France
Développer les volumes, le CA et principalement la marge des clients dont il a la responsabilité dans le cadre de la politique commerciale préalablement définie
Assurer le développement des gammes dans le cadre de la stratégie commerciale auprès des centrales qui lui sont affectées
Garantir la profitabilité des centrales d'achats dont il a la responsabilité
Négocier les accords de coopérations commerciales Piloter le publi promo avec tous les clients et assurer la bonne gestion budgétaire de ses clients
Assurer les revues d'inno annuelles et Analyser les Datasharing et autres indicateurs (Panels..) pour developper le mix 4P auprès des services marketing des enseignes
Assurer les négociations régionales Leclerc / Intermarché et la performances des agences commerciales
Garantir la bonne communication auprès des services internes (ou externe Prosend) concernés, les mouvements structurels et/ou organisationnels de ses centrales (logistique, facturation,…)
Apporter une contribution active dans l'élaboration de la stratégie commerciale (préparation des leviers "4P" par clients et recommandation de la politique commerciale) et réalisation de la revue d'inno annuelle
Définir les objectifs CA, volume et marge par client
Négocier les accords commerciaux en respectant la stratégie de négociation par client préalablement définie
Animer les distributeurs Food service (explication produit + mise en œuvre auprès des forces de vente, master class..)
Contrôler et optimiser le suivi budgétaire par enseigne (budget alloué, facturation à date, solde, actions correctives,…)
Recommander (en relation avec les chargés de promo) et établir le suivi du publi promo avec tous les clients via le suivi hors contrat
Analyser les Datasharing et les panels (Nielsen…) pour etre force de proposition auprès des services marketing des enseignes sur les leviers 4P en phase avec la stratégie de l'entreprise
Participer aux salons clients et professionnels
Principaux prérequis:
Formation: Ecole Supérieure de Commerce (Bac+2 minimum)
Contribution au travail en équipe: fait preuve d'esprit d'équipe, communique et partage de manière transparente et directe

Main duties

ABOUT THE JOB
Il/la Control Software Engineer si occupa di assicurare l’attività di sviluppo software per i sistemi embedded utilizzati nei sistemi meccatronici, nel rispetto degli obiettivi del progetto in cui è coinvolto, nonché garantire che il design del software sia in linea con il processo di sviluppo individuato e con le normative di safety adottate.
RESPONSABILITIES
Assicurare la definizione delle specifiche del software da implementare in coerenza con i requisiti di sistema e i requisiti concordati con i Clienti.
Assicurare lo sviluppo del software applicativo per i sistemi meccatronici, con prevalente uso della metodologia Model Based Design, incluse prove in simulazione MIL, SIL e HIL.
Assicurare lo sviluppo di toolchain a supporto dell’automazione per la generazione del software e la sua compilazione.
Assicurare che il software sia sviluppato in accordo con i processi definiti in azienda (A-SPICE) e con le valutazioni di functional safety (ISO 26262).
Garantire l’analisi e la risoluzione di eventuali anomalie e/o richieste di modifica su software originate internamente o richieste dai Clienti.
Eseguire attività di taratura dei controllori e degli stimatori implementati nel software mediante l’analisi di dati sperimentali ottenuti a banco o da simulazione.
REQUIREMENTS
