Responsabilità:
Sviluppare, in codesign con il fornitore durante il concetto preliminare del prodotto/progetto, le soluzioni di automazione necessarie per garantire il miglior equilibrio tra costo del lavoro locale e ammontare dell'investimento, coerentemente con la stima dei costi variabili di processo nella fase di offerta.
Definire le specifiche tecniche (incluse la descrizione della macchina, la compatibilità con i parametri e gli standard richiesti,..) delle macchine o degli strumenti relativi alla sezione coinvolta del processo garantendo l'applicazione degli standard.
Collaborare con il dipartimento Acquisti nella fase di nomina dei fornitori di macchinari/strumenti attraverso l'analisi dell'offerta.
Collaborare con il Design del Prodotto per la fattibilità degli strumenti.
Gestire gli investimenti dei macchinari/strumenti garantendo l'aderenza della spesa al costo previsto nella fase di offerta.
Definire il programma delle attività del fornitore per ciascun macchinario/strumento, coerentemente con il Gantt generale dello sviluppo del prodotto.
Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento della costruzione, visitando periodicamente il sito del fornitore e definendo, in caso di deviazioni, opportuni piani di azione di recupero concordati con i Leader del Processo.
Garantire la supervisione del test tecnico dei macchinari/strumenti presso il sito del fornitore, verificando la conformità ai requisiti tecnici e al tempo di ciclo previsto; dare l'approvazione per il trasferimento dei macchinari/strumenti allo stabilimento di produzione in conformità alle regole di accettazione esistenti.
Definire la tipologia e la quantità di materiali e attrezzature ausiliarie necessarie per il test dei macchinari.
Gestire la modifica e la messa a punto dei macchinari/strumenti dopo ogni test.
Organizzare, in caso di progetto specifico dedicato, il processo FMEA per identificare i rischi qualitativi del prodotto e mettere in atto i controlli automatici.
Garantire la disponibilità dei componenti (tramite attrezzature soft o hard) coerentemente con il piano di sviluppo del prodotto.
Coordinare il passaggio dei macchinari/strumenti allo stabilimento di produzione coordinando le attività relative agli esperimenti industriali in collaborazione con lo stabilimento.
Coordinare l'installazione e l'accettazione dei macchinari/strumenti, monitorando e confermando la loro compatibilità con l'Ingegneria di Produzione dello stabilimento per l'approvazione finale.
Fornire all'Ingegneria di Produzione dello stabilimento i dati tecnici (guida alla macchina, manuale di utilizzo, lista dei pezzi di ricambio,..) riguardanti i nuovi macchinari/strumenti, supportandoli nella formazione degli associati coinvolti.
Collaborare nella definizione delle azioni necessarie per allestire l'area di installazione della macchina (incluse acqua, aria, energia elettrica,..) e garantire la conformità legale e di sicurezza.
Collaborare nella preparazione dei fogli/piani di manutenzione preventiva e manuale.
Collaborare con l'Ingegneria di Produzione dello stabilimento nella modifica e nell'ottimizzazione dei macchinari.
Supportare gli stabilimenti nelle attività di kaizen raccogliendo le idee di miglioramento e definendo potenziali nuovi standard.
