In the role the candidate will manage the plant (500 employees), coordinate plant functions, lead the management team, through high knowledge of management, processes, continuous improvement and organizational best practices.

For a multinational company in the fashion sector, we are looking for a Global Retail Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for: Performance analysis of Italian and foreign Direct Operated Stores; Elaboration of management Financial statements of the DOS chain (budget, forecast, actual); DOS new openings/closure analysis, together with Retail team; Preparation of regular reports for the analysis of net sales, gross margin, OPEX, profit of the Retail Business performance at store level; Being a business partner for the Retail team both at HQ level and Country level, always in strict alignment with HQ Finance team as well; Supporting the Country Managers & Retail Managers in the elaboration of Business Plans and analysis of profitability of Retail investments.
