For an important multinational group, we are looking for a PRODUCTION PLANNER.
Mission of the role
Ensure operational results in terms of productivity and efficiency, managing the correct
definition of both operating standards and process developments, and implementing suitable
actions with the stakeholders (partners, suppliers, and corporate functions) to achieve the
objectives of product availability (Apparel, Footwear, Leather Goods, and Accessories) for the
entire distribution (Retail, E-commerce, and LBE channels).
Responsibilities
• Ensure the definition of the percentage of coverage and the implementation of defined
purchasing strategies
• Plan direct product replenishment for network and licensed products
• Scheduling the production of individual suppliers, verifying the availability of plants, raw
and semi-finished materials, and optimizing batches in compliance with the delivery
times defined by Merchandising and Retail teams.
• Supervise the delivery of direct and licensed products managing any critical issues
• Ensures all supply chain activities are carried out in accordance with the project
execution plan/schedule and in line with Collection processes and procedures
• Participate in the negotiation process with suppliers in collaboration with the Purchasing
Office
• Managing relations with technical partners for the activities followed
• Daily monitoring of the progress of production by verifying and modifying the
programming accordingly, in order to support the Logistic team in the delivery planning
• Data consolidation, reporting, and overlook and archive documentation flow from
suppliers
Competencies
• A previous experience in a fashion Company will be considered a plus
• Master’s Degree in Industrial/Management Engineering, Economy or related areas
• Fluent both in English and Italian
• Passion for fashion and luxury business
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Pro-active approach in resolving issues
• Familiar with Office tool, mainly Excel
• Study or work experience abroad (nice to have)

PROJECT VERIFICATION TECHNICIAN ABOUT THE JOB Il/la Project Verification Technician partecipa alle attività di sperimentazione di sistemi elettromeccanici e elettroidraulici innovativi, assicura l’esecuzione di prove di sviluppo e integrazione meccanica su banchi statici, garantisce l’esecuzione di processi di assemblaggio e collaudo con l’obiettivo di verificare la corrispondenza dei prodotti alle specifiche di progettazione e ai requisiti stabiliti dagli enti di sviluppo tecnico e dai Clienti, nel rispetto delle scadenze previste dai piani di sviluppo. RESPONSABILITA’ Garantire la definizione dei diversi tipi di test (integrazione, funzionali e sicurezza) di sottosistemi e componenti per le varie fasi di progetto (sviluppo, validazione); Garantire la definizione dei diversi processi (assemblaggio e verifica) di sottosistemi e componenti per le varie fasi di progetto (sviluppo, validazione); Garantire la definizione e/o il miglioramento di documenti, metodi, procedure, processi e strumenti specifici per l’area di appartenenza; Garantire la realizzazione, la manutenzione, la taratura della strumentazione dei banchi di prova; Garantire la preparazione, l'allestimento e l’esecuzione dei diversi tipi di test e processi di assemblaggio; Garantire l’analisi dei dati acquisiti, la compilazione e la redazione delle relazioni di prova ed assemblaggio; Garantire l’analisi degli scostamenti e la ricerca di possibili cause, proponendo eventuali soluzioni in ottica di miglioramento continuo; Assicurare una continua attività critica di controllo preventivo in termini di sicurezza. Il candidato ideale è in possesso di un Diploma meccanico, meccatronico, elettromeccanico, elettrotecnico, elettronico, ha una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, ha una buona operatività unitamente a delle spiccate abilità relazionali, una propensione al lavoro in team ed è fortemente orientato a modalità di lavoro sul campo. E‘ inoltre richiesta la conoscenza del prodotto Brembo, della strumentazione di test e delle misure meccaniche/elettriche/elettroniche, di strumenti di analisi di dati (Excel, Diadem, Matlab), un’ottima abilità nella manipolazione ed assemblaggio di componenti meccanici, elettromeccanici ed elettronici.
La risorsa si occuperà di Controllo di Gestione di tutte le attività produttive, operative e di pianificazione ed in particolare dei seguenti task: Assicurare le attività di controllo di gestione delle Operations; Supportare i PM per le attività di stesura del Budget; Analizzare gli scostamenti fisici ed economici dei singoli progetti rispetto ai volumi pianificati in fase di stesura del Budget; Coordinare e verificare le RDA rispetto alle attività di pianificazione lavori; Preparare e promuovere analisi e reportistica dedicata; Collaborare con la funzione Amministrazione e Controllo per tutte le analisi di carattere economico-finanziario necessarie Si richiedono: Esperienza maturata di almeno 5 anni in ruoli da cost controller delle attività produttive, operative e di pianificazione di cantiere.
