Leverage cloud-based data solutions and infrastructure for data storage, processing, and analytics. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure data infrastructure aligns with business objectives. Identify and implement performance optimizations for data storage, retrieval, and processing. Collaborate in priority definitions of each initiative, defining value, feasibility, and economic impacts. Automate repetitive tasks related to data ingestion, processing, and monitoring Ensure that data engineering practices comply with data privacy laws and organizational security policies. Implement monitoring systems for data pipelines and quickly troubleshoot issues as they arise. Participate in the testing stages from design, execution, integration and acceptance, providing adequate business process knowledge. Design and deliver end-user training and training materials/sessions; provide technical support as necessary.  Troubleshoot systems and software; performance-tune these applications as necessary. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed to support IT initiatives and resolve issues. Closely collaborate with the other IT teams to ensure that, while evolving and operating the solutions in scope, an end to end consistency is kept within the entire application and infrastructure landscape.   Build and maintain excellent and productive working relationships with key business stakeholders, 3rd parties/external sourcing partners and all IT and business colleagues.   Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Mathematic or related field. Minimum of 3/5 years of experience as IT data engineering, preferably in environments with production plants. Experience with ETL tools, SQL, Python, or other programming languages used for data processing, and knowledge of data pipeline orchestration tools Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (eg mySQL) Experience with data integration tools and platforms, familiarity with APIs, and data warehousing solutions (e.g. BigQuery) Knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality management practices, and experience with data validation tools Experience with big data tools and platforms, proficiency in distributed computing concepts, and knowledge of cloud data services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cloud-native data tools (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory), and serverless computing Fluent English, native Italian   Personal Attributes: Able to prioritize and execute tasks according to deadline in a high-pressure environment. For an important and prestigious multinational industrial group, we are looking for: PRODUCTION ENGINEERING, MAINTENANCE & FACILITY MANAGER The candidate will take in charge and manage the production Engineering, Maintenance and Facility departments. Main responsibilities: • Ensure the management of comprensorial assets in terms of Safety and efficiency; • Provide the smooth operational maintenance and preventive maintenance in compliance with the relevant regulations and legal requirements; • Ensure and coordinate the Production Engineering Areas in the whole Plant for the existing products and assure a smooth new product introduction of the new projects • Define and manage investments for safety, environment, facility, building and cost reduction projects; • Define and manage the plant's Annual Capex and define the annual Expences in accordance with the Area Heads, EHS Manager, Quality Manager and Logistic Manager, monitoring its progress; • Ensure the monitoring of all Maintenance KPI's of the different Technology Areas as well as maintenance cost reduction KPI's; • Provide the management of the Working Capital of the indirect materials warehouse (Auxiliary and Maintenance); • Ensure the compliance of the technological system (General and Production Plants) with the relevant legal requirements in force; • Manage, and monitor the continuous improvement projects of production processes, ensuring their efficiency in line with assigned targets; • Manage all suppliers working in the plant to introduce process improvements, modification and/or maintenance as well as managing of indirect material warehouse; • Collaborate with HSE for Environment, Safety, Ergonomics projects and maintenance of legal requirements; • Managing of relations with 'external authorities' in cooperation with RSPP and Employer. Participate in the preparation and review of tax returns and related compliance documentation. Play a key role in budgeting and reporting processes for Group companies. Identify, develop, and implement tax-saving opportunities in both direct and indirect taxation areas. Assist in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation and support intercompany pricing adjustments. Key Requirements: Educational Background: Law degree or Accounting qualification. A Master's degree in Tax Law is a plus. Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience in tax advisory or corporate tax roles, ideally within an international environment. Skills: Strong proficiency in tax software, Excel, and Word. Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous approach to handling complex tax matters. Ownership and accountability in managing tasks and delivering results. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
