Mission:

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the manufacturing process in two plants.

Propose changes to the effects necessary to improve the viability and quality of the products.
Promote and drive continuous improvement, ensuring leading indicators align with procedures and targets defined by local and global manufacturing practices.
Ensures compliance with the required lead times, orders, and deliveries.
Assess, manage, and monitor the correct training of the plant's personnel to assure compliance, quality, and safety.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
BS Degree in Engineering (preferred)
10 years of experience processing plastics materials with at least five years experience in a supervising / managing role.
Previous experience managing production / operations at a manufacturing / transforming company specializing in semi-finished plastics products, for the medical and electronics industries as preferred.
Production management and knowledge of production processes, continuous improvement, quality controls and management, industrial logistics flows, machine installation, process engineering, and improvement.
Fluent in English and in Italian (preferred)
