La risorsa, inserita all'interno della Direzione Retail, si occuperà del coordinamento del team di Merchansidising & Buying, per i canali di vendita Retail full-price, off-price ed E-Commerce a livello ww. Principali responsabilità: - redazione del Merchandising Plan; - creazione di una strategia competitiva ed identificazione di nuove opportunità commerciali; - verifica del rendimento della collezione al fine di massimizzarne i profitti; - pianificazione di collezione in base alle effettive esigenze del mercato bilanciando vendibilità e creatività e definendo il giusto rapporto tra nuovi prodotti e carry-over; - analisi quantitativa e qualitativa della collezione da immettere sul mercato; - posizionamento sul mercato nel contesto della strategia generale del prodotto; - progettazione, coordinamento, realizzazione e controllo di tutte le iniziative legate al lancio della collezione sul mercato; - analisi qualitativa dei dati di venduto sia di sell-in che di sell-out; - valutazioni sui margini al fine di massimizzare il profitto; - definizione di produzioni speciali; - definizione di scontistiche e promozioni; - redazione dei budget; - trasferte nei punti vendita. Requisiti fondamentali richiesti: - comprovata esperienza di almeno 7 anni nella medesima funzione, in un’azienda appartenente al settore del fashion; - Laurea in materie economiche; - conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto Office 365, in particolare di Microsoft Excel e di altri strumenti per l'analisi e l'elaborazione dei dati; - ottima conoscenza del sistema gestionale SAP e dei principali gestionali di vendita; - conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
