Role Overview The position is an integral part of the Office of the CEO, a strategic function that supports the General Management in executing key projects and initiatives. The selected candidate will work in close contact with the CEO, contributing to cross-functional projects involving production, R&D, operations, supply chain, commercial, marketing, and international development areas. This role requires constant proximity to the CEO, both at headquarters and during frequent business trips, ensuring operational support, project follow-up, and priority management. It represents a long-term development path for a curious, ambitious, and determined individual who wants to learn first-hand the dynamics of managing a complex, international industrial group. Budget di acquisto > 80 M€ annui. Acquisti di Materiali Materie Prime, materiali Diretti, Indiretti e Capex. Sviluppo della Supply Chain particolarmente in ottica di Total Value. Razionalizzazione della Supply Chain. Sviluppo di Fornitori in Best Cost Countries, principalmente a supporto delle filiali internazionali. Coordinamento del Team Purchasing che attualmente consiste di 5 risorse. Il Purchasing Director sarà inoltre membro del comitato direttivo (denominato MMC) e contribuire alla direzione strategica del gruppo. REQUISITI Laurea o Diploma Tecnici sono caratteristiche preferenziale. Esperienza consolidata di almeno 10-15 anni presso realtà industriali strutturate e modernamente organizzate. Esperienza pluriennale nell’acquisto di: materie prime: alluminio e bronzo in lingotti e barre di acciaio; coppie coniche; materiali commerciali in dettaglio i più importanti: cuscinetti, anelli di tenuta; componentistica per l’assemblaggio di motori elettrici: statoti, rotori, avvolgimenti in rame ect. Conoscenza dei processi e acquisti da fonderie: esperienza su fusioni, ghisa, bronzo alluminio e acciaio. Conoscenza delle lavorazioni meccaniche per appalti conto terzi. Ottima Conoscenza della lingua inglese. Conoscenze Informatiche, SAP, Pacchetto Office Capacità gestionali di gruppi di lavoro strutturati. For an important multinational company operating in Automotive sector, we are looking for a: PROCESS INJECTION TECHNOLOGIST Reporting to the Plant Process Engineering Manager, he/she will ensure that moulds, dies and tooling’s are at the disposal of the plant when needed by giving technical know-how and expertise in this area.   Main activities and responsibilities: Prepare all the documentation of new moulds. Define process parameters for new moulds. Assure that project target of scrap effectiveness are achieved for new moulds. Supervise technically the repair of the existing moulds. Train and to give technical support to the Moulds Teams when necessary. Guarantee the fulfilment of the Health and Safety policies and procedures in his area of responsibility. Report to the Production Manager about his activity, as well as on new deficiencies detected in moulds, dies and tooling, etc. Report the Production Manager about his performance indicators of its supervised area.
