SENIOR CONTROLLER
La nuova risorsa dovrà assicurare il necessario e continuo feedback sull’andamento. Collaborare con la gestione al conseguimento degli obiettivi aziendali. Definire ed attuare il sistema di contabilità analitica di plant e di gruppo. Supportare il CFO nella assicurazione della profittabilità. Essere il riferimento per i controller delle location estere. Essere il key user SAP CO e gli altri strumenti software dedicati al controllo.
PRINCIPALI COMPITI E RESPONSABILITÀ
La risorsa, a riporto diretto del CFO, opererà nelle seguenti attività:
Sistema di controllo di gestione: definisce la struttura tecnica del conto economico per profit center in coerenza con il sistema di gestione e con la contabilità civilistica. Definisce il piano dei centri di costo garantendo la corretta allocazione dei costi. Definisce, e continuativamente migliora, il sistema di reportistica e di analisi.
SAP CO, Power BI, Excel: implementa il sistema di gestione in SAP CO e, all’occorrenza, è autonoma nel proporre piani formativi per sé e per i colleghi, italiani ed esteri. Gestisce, laddove non disponibile in SAP, sistemi informativi in Excel e collabora al caricamento dati e alla manutenzione evolutiva. Gestirà e sarà referente per la Power BI.
Interoperabilità civilistico – gestionale: collabora strettamente con il Responsabile Amministrativo e di Bilancio (conosce la contabilità civilistica ed è in grado di riconciliare il sistema gestionale con il sistema civilistico).
Interazione con le location estere: si confronta – e ne è il contatto principale - con i controller delle location estere per l’applicazione delle policy di gruppo, degli strumenti software e delle modalità operative dettate dalla casa madre.
Effettuazione dei controlli periodici mensili: assicura la redazione dei report mensili. Segue l’andamento della borsa delle materie prime, dell’energia, dei trasporti, del cambio. Monitora i KPI stabiliti con la gestione, l’andamento del magazzino, l’andamento del capitale circolante, il costo del capitale.
Budget e Business Plan Quinquennale: coordinare tutti gli enti aziendali al fine di definire in fase preventiva il piano strategico dell’azienda definendo l’insieme delle risorse, tangibili e intangibili, di breve e di lungo periodo, che si intendono utilizzare e i risultati che si prevedono di conseguire. In questa fase il Controller garantisce anche la coerenza e l’omogeneità delle informazioni raccolte. Compila e gestisce il budget annuale. Collabora con il CFO ed i colleghi delle location estere alla redazione del Business Plan Quinquennale.
Controlling di plant: calcola e verifica periodicamente le tariffe orarie e la loro coerenza con il conto economico di periodo. Valorizza mensilmente i prodotti in modalità standard e in modalità media mobile. Conosce e gestisce i costi dei processi buy, sia domestic che import. Presidia i controlli sui tempi di ciclo e sulle efficienze dell’area produttiva, al fine della correttezza dei costi.
Supporto al CFO: assiste il CFO nell’approvazione dei listini di acquisto e di vendita applicando i principi della Analisi del Valore, nell’approvazione dei nuovi progetti, nella gestione degli investimenti, nella determinazione del transfer pricing e collabora con il Responsabile Amministrativo per il Transfer Pricing Study annuale. Con il CFO ed il Responsabile Amministrativo definisce ed attua l’internal audit
REQUISITI
Laurea in Economia.
Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo maturata presso realtà industriali strutturate del settore metalmeccanico.
Capacità di lavoro in team con le altre funzioni aziendali.
Preferibile esperienza nell’utilizzo di SAP.
Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
