For a prestigious multinational group, leader in automotive industry, we are looking for a/an brilliant: PLANT CONTROLLER Reporting to the EMEA Manufacturing Controller, and acting as a business partner, she/he will be responsible for the following activities for the plant: Support plant budget, forecast and strategic plan preparation; Month-end closing and variances analysis; Support continuous improvement methodology deployment (from loss identification to saving track); Investments control together with pay back analysis; Prepare expense report, analysis and review; Participate to internal audits; Provide industrial/financial analysis to support plant leadership team on decision making (cost analysis, cost optimization, profitability etc.); Ensure the correct application of procedures and timing respect.   The ideal candidate has a degree in Economics/Engineering, gained an experience in industrial controlling and served as Plant controller for multinational companies (at least 5 years). Proven business partnering attitude, ability to work under tight deadlines, proactivity, flexibility, team working, communication and results orientation complete the profile. For an important multinational company, leader in the Hospitality sector, we are looking for a: BRAND MANAGER For the BU Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, France, Portugal & USA), he/she will be responsible for two brands of the group by building long-term brand equity, whilst creating ATL and BTL activities to support the hotel chain to reach extra revenue and increase the Brand Awareness and the Brand Perception in the BUSE. Main activities and responsibilities: Recommend and execute the marketing and communications plan, adhering to Global strategy guidelines and ensuring brand objectives are achieved; Collaborate in the strategic development of annual Marketing and Communication plans in accordance with brand, communication, sales and revenue targets and in line with BUSE strategies and Global guidelines; Develop strong hotel action plans to be executed hand in hand with all Hotel team and post-evaluated against target KPIs; Responsible for all marketing and media activities for the brands including the rollout of global initiatives (Experience Department), inauguration events (together with the PR & Communication Managers), Barter Agreement, Special Initiatives, Definition of new F&B Concept (together with the F&B Director) and implementation of the new brand identity of specific F&B outlet, etc.; Direct responsibility of media budget for Italy and France; Optimizing advertising campaigns and developing new advertising efforts; Brand ambassador at all manner of events; Drive opportunity analysis through alliances to achieve incremental sales volume (B2B & B2C); Executed special pilot projects on the BUSE market and successfully implemented best practices in other geographies. MAINTENANCE MANAGER – Manufacturing Plant For a prestigious multinational group operating in the automotive and industrial sector, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance organization of a manufacturing plant located in the Province of Verona (Italy). The role will be responsible for managing all plant maintenance activities, coordinating a team of approximately 30 technicians and supervisors, and driving the evolution from a reactive maintenance approach to a structured preventive and predictive maintenance model. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate the plant maintenance team (mechanical and electrical). • Analyze plant performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities. • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. • Prioritize maintenance interventions according to production needs. • Manage spare parts warehouse and maintenance resources. • Define maintenance KPIs and monitor plant performance (MTBF, MTTR, OEE). • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / TPM / WCM methodologies. • Support CAPEX projects related to plant reliability and equipment upgrades. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. • Collaborate closely with Plant Management, Production and Central Functions.
