Responsabilità principali Selezione, negoziazione e monitoraggio di fornitori nazionali e internazionali, con l’obiettivo di garantire le migliori condizioni contrattuali in termini di costi, qualità e tempi di consegna. Definizione e aggiornamento di indicatori di performance per valutare l’efficacia delle strategie di acquisto, identificando aree di miglioramento attraverso l’analisi dati. Lavorare a stretto contatto con dipartimenti aziendali (Marketing, IT, HR, Facility Management ecc.) per comprendere esigenze specifiche, razionalizzare la spesa e proporre soluzioni di approvvigionamento coerenti con gli obiettivi aziendali. Garantire l'efficienza dei processi di acquisto nel rispetto delle policy aziendali, semplificando dove possibile per accelerare le tempistiche operative. Requisiti Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini. Esperienza pregressa di 3–5 anni nel ruolo di Buyer per acquisti indiretti, preferibilmente su categorie eterogenee. Solide competenze negoziali e contrattuali, con esperienza nel gestire trattative complesse a livello nazionale e internazionale. Forte attitudine analitica, dimostrata da esperienza nella creazione e gestione di KPI e nella reportistica avanzata. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata. Padronanza degli strumenti informatici, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint. Proattività, flessibilità e capacità di adattarsi a contesti dinamici e in continua evoluzione.
